Jacks POV
Dakota looked stunning. Everything went together and she looked beautiful. I had never seen anyone like her. The pinnacle of beauty, as my twin brother Finn would say. I couldn't help but wonder lucky I was to have her. I wondered what I did to deserve her. She was so, so special that I couldn't even out it into words. No word could define her. She was everything,
She was my life. And I loved her with all my heart.
We sat in my car and I took her hand in mine as I drove to the resturant. We walked in hand in hand into the resturant, and the watter sat us down. I ordered a glass of red wine and Dakota ordered a simple bubbly water. I grabbed her hand and said,
"I love you." She smiled at me and replied,
"I love you more."
We both stared straight into each others life until our wattress came and took our order. I ordered a steak and she ordered shrim pasta. We ate and talked. We talked about a lot. Like, what our plans were, and how good it was for her to be out again. We talked about class, passions, and just about anything and everything. It was hard to believe that I had only dated her for 4 months, but I know her so well.
Dakota's POV
We talked and ate, and it was really nice. Like we were unstoppable. Like there was nothing bad in the world. And I liked it. I liked it a lot.
We talked and ate our amazing food. I tweeted a pic of our food and said,
'dakotalove: cheeky dinner with the greatest fella @JacksGap'
We talked more and ate and jack pulled out a small velvet. I widened my eyes and he chuckled,
"No it's not what you think." He handed me the box as I sighed silently. Inside was a beautiful yet simple silver ring with an infinite sign on the top and two hearts carved next to each one if the sides of the sign. I felt the tears forming as I put a hand over my mouth. He smiled, sliding my ring onto my finger. I looked up standing up and giving him a hug and giving him a kiss full of love.
"I love it." I said.
"Great love. Are you done?"
"Oh yeah," he nodded and paid the bill, leading me out of the resturant, lacing his hands with mine. He opened my door and then got in the car, driving. He had one hand on the steering wheel and the other laced with my fingers. We drove for quite a while when we stopped at a lovely little gazebo. I gasped as I observed it. It was covered in beautiful garden flowers and lit up very nicely.
"Jack, it's perfect." I said half walking and half running.
"Just like you," he said walking up the steps. I slowly took one step at a time, looking at the detail of the gazebo. He stood in the center and reached out a hand for me.
"May I have this dance?" He asked politly. I smiled and said,
"Of course."
He placed his hands at my waist and put one on his chest and the other around his neck. I laid my head in the crook of his neck and he said,
"I love you."
