Dakota's POV
As I stood behind the large french doors, clutching Josh's arm. His sandy brown curls were sleeked back, and he smiled at me.
"You ready?" He asked, smiling at me. I sighed, looking at my wedding ring. I looked back up at him, this time smiling.
"As I'll ever be." I replied. He nodded, leading me up to the doors, pushing them open. Everyone's eyes directed towards me. As my little cousin carried the flower basket down the isle, dropping the petals on the white carpet, smiling faces greeted me as my eyes drifted towards the end of the isle. In front of me, as I started down the isle, I saw the most handsome man I ever seen in my life. And his name was Jackson Harries.
Jack's POV
The doors opened and the most beautiful woman stepped through. Her beautiful blonde hair was curled and fell loosely around her mid stomach. Her white strapless dress'swhite lace covering and bow sash complemented her body and she cascaded down the isle with grace. Her bridesmaids, Nellie, Hilary, Ariana, Natalie and Mallory all looked at me with huge smiles on their faces. I turned my glance over to Nora, who was sitting with her two kids, who's smile was bigger than all the girls combined. Smiling back at her, I directed my gaze to the most beautiful woman in the room.
Her eyes looked more brown that chocolate, her mouth turned into the perfect smile. As she stepped closer and closer, I grew more and more nervous. Not because, this was single-most important day of my life this far, although it did make me nervous. What made me nervous, was that I owuldn't make her happy enough. That she would leave me because I wasn't good enough. I was pulled off my train of thought as Dakota joined me, a smile on her face. We stared at each other, just lost in each others eyes, when the priest began the vows. We listened to him speak, not taking our eyes off each other, saying nothing.
"May I have the rings?" He asked, which made me turn towards the ring boy, which was Nora's first born son, Patrick, stepped towards us.
"Do you, Jackson Frayn Harries take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife?" The preist asked me. I plucked the smaller ring off the white pillow, taking Dakota's hand, slipping the ring on her thin finger. Looking back up at her, I smiled.
"And, do you Dakota Abigail Marks, take this man as your lawfully wedded husband." The man asked Dakota. She looked me straight in the eyes, happiness in them and said, taking my ring,
"I do."
"You may kiss the bride." The priest said happily. Smiling, she wrapped her arms around my neck and I placed my hands at her waist, pushing my lips onto hers. We heard claps coming from behind us as I smiled into the kiss, her doing the same. We pulled away and she looked up at me, with tears in her eyes.
"Jackson Harries, I have never loved anyone as much as I love you. Now, I know you love me this way too. I can't begin to describe how much you mean to me. I love you so much." She said to me. I kissed her again, smiling even bigger than before.
Six months later................
Dakota's POV
"Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Harries, your pregnant with twin girls!" The doctor told Jack and I as he clutched my hand, listening to the Doctor intently. When the words slipped out of her mouth I was bombarded with joy. Jack and I were gonna be a family.Tear filled my eyes as I looked over to Jack, who was already looking at me. I smiled at him and he smiled back, cupping my cheek he kissed me hard. I kissed him back and he smiled. He pulled away and pulled me in for a hug.
Jack and I were gonna have a family.
One year later.............
"Congratulations Mrs. Harries, here are your two healthy baby girls." The doctor announced to me as I threw my head back against the hospital pillow. Sweat glistened on my face as I took deep breaths. I heard the sounds of babies crying, and smiled, knowing that I had done it. I smiled, looking back over to the doctor, who was standing, smiling at me, next to a smiling Jack. The doctor handed me the babies and I felt my eyes tear up. These were my children. Jack joined me in the hospital bed and snuggled up to me and the girls.
"They are so beautiful." He whispered into my ear.
"Yeah, they really are." I smiled at the now sleeping babies I held in my arms. We sat for a while, just admiring the kids. By now, everyone had joined us. That consisted of: Nora, Josh, little Patrick, baby Ella, Marcus and Ariana (Who were now a couple), Sam, Tanya and Jim (who were now married), Hilary and Josh (Who were still together), Mallory and Phil (Who were engaged), Natalie, Kyle, Finn and Helen (Who were now engaged), Zoe, Alfie, and Drew and Maddie (Who were still together),
"Have you decided on names for the babies?" The doctor asked us, smiling, after a long silence. I glanced back up at Jack and looked him in the eyes. He nodded, as if telling me that we should go with the names we thought of.
"Well," I started, gesturing towards on of the babies, "For this one we were thinking............. Emma." I heard and saw good reactions from everyone else. I continued, "And for this one, we were thinking.............. Aubrey." Once again, good reactions from the gang as well as the doctor.
"Well, those are wonderful names." She smiled at me and continued, "Now, I know you want to be with your new babies, but you need to rest." When she said that, it really made me sad. I didn't want to give up my baby girls. I nodded and watched in sadness as the doctor took my children and put them into sepreate carts and wheeled them out. I watched in agony ascthe doctor wheeled out my children.
Taking a deep breath, I leaned my head back. Ariana and Zoe joined me at my side.
"How ya feeling?" Zoe asked me.
"Tired," I sighed with a sarcastic laugh.
"You want me to get you anything?" Ariana asked me. I nodded.
"Water," I croaked. My throat felt so dry. I groaned slightly because of my throat. I flet Jacks arm around my shoulder tighten as he pulled me in and kissed my forehead.
"You did wonderful. Your so strong and know we have a family. I love you" He whispered. I felt tears coming as I looked around my hospital room. This was my family.
"I love you too."
