Chapter Six: Oh No

Picture above is Kat's outfit not Glimmer's. Every chapter's outfit is Kat's unless it says that it's for a different person.

Glimmer's POV

Delly is a very pretty girl but she's not as gifted as Katniss. I mean Kat can sing, dance, act, play sports, almost everything. We have planned to make Delly meet Peeta again since she is Peeta's ex girlfriend. Same goes with Katniss.

Oh, you didn't know that?

Yes, Katniss and Peeta have dated before. Like in Freshman year then Peeta left for New Orleans on our Sophomore year then he went back in our Junior year. Peeta's family kept on moving but now they're gonna stay here.

Katniss easily gets jealous that's why we came up with this plan. Peeta wouldn't know anything about it. Delly just moves to Mockingjay High. Yeah, she was Peeta's girlfriend in Sophomore year. We'll just make him think that he's using Delly to forget Katniss. Simple, right?

(A/N: But what can go wrong? Lol)

We walk to our first class early because we know that Peeta is always early. We walk inside the classroom for Physics and we immediately spot Peeta in the front row, doodling. Delly sits next to him and Clove, Annie and I sit by the back.

About three minutes pass and everyone are already in the classroom but not everyone are seated. The three of us move to the row behind Peeta, leaving a spare chair right behind him for Kat to sit in. Kat then walks over to us and sits on the spare chair, noticing Peeta and Delly talking. She knew about them.

The guys walk over and sit behind us but Peeta still keeps on talking with Delly. Finnick taps Katniss on her shoulder with a smile after pecking Annie on the lips.

"Hey Kitty!" he greets.

"Call me that again and I'll personally cut off your precious balls." Kat threatens just loud enough for the whole class to hear.

Everyone looks at her. She stands up from her seat to say something to everyone. Good thing our teacher isn't here yet.

"Yeah. So if you are daring enough to call me nicknames or even just mess with me, then you'll have to face me." she exclaims and sits back down on her chair.

This time, I notice that even Peeta and Delly turned to look at her. So far the plan is going good. I smirk and shake my head as I take my book out of my bag and place it on my table. Mr. Somerhalder enters and the class begins.

"Okay class. Please bring out your homework and discuss what you wrote there with your seatmate." he tells us.

I bring out my notebook and discuss it with Clove since she is my seatmate. Katniss listens to Annie for her answers but glances at Peeta and Delly sometimes. Let their jealousy games begin.

Three periods pass and it's finally lunch. I am very hungry since we didn't have breakfast. Or maybe I didn't because I was so slow. I walk to the cafeteria with Marvel because we both had the same classes before lunch.

Everyone is already in our usual table but this time with Delly. Of course, she's beside Peeta. Katniss is trying to ignore them but she can't hide her jealousy. Especially from me because I know her too well. Even when she lies. She's a good liar but not to me.

I sit on the vacant chair beside her and Marvel sits beside me. He puts his arm around my shoulders and pushes me to his face so he can kiss me. I kiss back. Woah, he isn't my boyfriend yet.

"A new couple has been born!" Gale exclaims.

Everyone is our group slow claps.

"Hey Glim?" Marvel calls.

"Yeah?" I reply.

"Will you go out on a date with me tonight?" he asks and brings out a rose.

Hey, I didn't notice that but oh well. I've always had a crush on him so maybe let's give it a try.

"Yeah sure." I smile.

The group cheers and we start to eat our lunch. I lost my appetite when the thought of having a date with Marvel comes to my mind. I'm so nervous. That explains it because as I said, I've always got this stupid girl crush on him.

Peeta looks at Delly and notice her having a hard time cutting her chicken. He smiles and pulls her hands away from her plate and slices her chicken.

"Thanks." Delly grins.

"It's nothing, really." Peeta replies.

Katniss scowls but everyone would think that it's just her normal behavior. It's not. She's actually been smiling a lot lately and she scowled again. I think this will be a successful mission.

We go on to eating and Katniss eats her food quietly, not caring to listen to our conversations.

"Aw is Katniss sad because she lost her Mr. Right?" I suddenly burst out.

I didn't mean to say that out loud but dang, my mouth is also doing its job.

"I've moved on from him. He's just another high school guy whom I dated and fell in love with. But that's gone now. Call me Miss Movin' On but I really have moved on." she snaps.

I notice that the whole cafeteria is now looking at her because she didn't only snap it at me, she also shouted it. Oh no. She's my friend and I can't break her feelings. Annie and Clove send me a worried look. Kat's eyes are now filled with tears.

"I-I'm sorry Kat... I didn't mean to-" I start but she cuts me off.

"You didn't mean to? Or you just weren't thinking of what comes out of your stupid mouth? Yeah, Johanna's right. I'm brainless. I didn't think twice on accepting you as my friend. I didn't think you would hurt my feelings." she shouts.

Tears fall from my eyes as I try to apologize to her but she always stops me. Everyone is still looking at her as she chokes a sob. I look down at my feet as I realize what I just did. Oh God, I think I just ruined the plan.

Then Katniss is gone.

Hey guys I hope you all liked the chapter.

I put some Glimmer and Katniss drama here. Where did Katniss go? Will Marvel still go out with Glimmer after what she did? Will the plan work or will Peeta truly fall in love with Delly?

By the way, no one knows which of Kat's exes were they talking about except for Glimmer of course.

I have a dance rehearsal tomorrow so don't expect me to update but I'll try.
