Bad Day

Jess' P.O.V
My morning hasn't been perfect. Dustin woke me up with a bucket of cold water, Michael tripped me while walking downstairs, and I dropped orange juice all over the floor and had to clean it. Like wow, just wow. At least I get to spend time with my bestie  today. That sounded too girly. Oh well. Kaitlyn's coming over today and we're gonna see what we'll do. I heard a knock on the door and I walked towards it to open it. "Hey Jess," Kaitlyn said entering my house. "Hey," I responded. "So, what are we gonna do today?" she asked. "I have no idea," I said, "How about we drive around and see what we do?" "Ok," she said.
We were driving around for a while. It was 11:30 am. "Let's go to the mall for a while," Kaitlyn said, sounding more like a question. "Ok." We got to the mall and looked around the stores. We went to Forever 21 and Kaitlyn ended up buying a shirt and a necklace. We then went to Hot Topic. I practically had to drag Kaitlyn into the store. I bought a Pierce The Veil bracelet and a Sleeping With Sirens shirt. Once we were done, we began driving around again. It was 12:30. "I know where we should go!", I screamed. Kaitlyn looked at me and then her eyes got wide. "GET SAVED!!!" we said at the same time. We got to Get Shaved and ordered our ice cream. We ate our ice cream while sitting at a nearby park. "So, how are things with Riker?" I said. Kaitlyn smiled cheekily, "It's all cool. He hasn't officially asked me to be his girlfriend yet, though." "He'll come around," I said. When we finished, we walked back to the car. "It's 1:05, wanna head back to your house? We can order pizza," Kaitlyn said looking at her wristwatch. "Yeah, sure."

"Thank you," I told the pizza delivery guy as I payed him. Kaitlyn and I got some pizza and ate. We were watching TV and enjoying some time alone.
"I'm full," I said, putting my plate down. "You're not gonna finish it?" Kaitlyn asked, "You only ate 1 and didn't finish your second one." Her face showed a look of worry and suspicion. "No. I'm just full because of Get Shaved."
The doorbell rang and I stood to open it. The Lynches. "Hey guys," I said. They all said hi back and I let them in.

"Harry Potter is so much better than Twilight," Kaitlyn shouted. "Nuh uh. Harry Potter sucks," said Ryland. I honestly don't even know how we got to this conversation. All I know is that I was in neither side, cause I don't watch Harry Potter, and I don't watch Twilight. Go ahead. Hate me. "Kaitlyn's right. It's all about Harry Potter," Rydel said.  Just then, the doorbell rang again. I got up to open the door. Bad idea. Once I opened the door, I saw someone I didn't want to see again. He was standing there. "Hey Jess," he said.
