Kaitlyn's P.O.V
"I want food!", I screamed as I walked down the stairs. "It's 9:00 am and I want breakfast!", I shouted. "Kaitlyn, can you shut up?! You woke me up!", my sister McKayla screamed at me. Oh right. I forgot to tell ya'll. I have 2 sisters (McKayla, age 19, and Violet, age 15) and 2 brothers (Kyle, age 24, and Bryan, age 20). "Sorry!" I screamed back. "Guys stop screaming", mom said. After we finished eating I decided to call Jessica.

K: Hey Jess
J: Hey Kait, what's up?
K: Nothing much, I'm bored.
J: Same. Wanna come over?
K: Sure. Just let me get ready. I'll be there in a few.
J: Ok. See ya.

-End Of Phone Convo-
"Guys I'm going over to Jess' house", I told my siblings. "I wanna go", Violet said. I heard a bunch of "me too's". "Ok fine. But get ready quick cause I'm not waiting that long for you guys", I said. I got ready and headed downstairs to the living room to wait for my siblings. They all came down one by one. "Ready?" They all nodded and we headed out. We live only a few houses away from the Johnson's house so all we had to do was take a 5 minute walk. We got there and Kyle knocked on the door. Dustin opened the door for us. "Hey guys", he said. We responded with "Hey" or "what's up". When we walked in we saw the Lynches were there too. "Hey guys. These are my brothers, Kyle and Bryan, and my sisters, Violet and McKayla. Guys these are Ross, Rydel, Rocky, Riker, and Ryland", introducing everyone. They greeted each other and the guys hit it off completely fine. We were all having our separate conversations. Us girls were just talking about random stuff. "Why don't we do something fun?", Rocky asked. We all just shrugged not really having any ideas on what to do. "How about truth or dare?", Kyle suggested. "Awe, no, why?!", Jess said.
Jess's P.O.V.
"How about truth or dare?", Kyle said. Great. I hate truth or dare. "Awe, no, why?!", I said. "Cause it'll be fun", he responded. "Ok fine but nothing nasty", I said, the rest of the girls nodding along with me.

"Dustin, truth or dare?", Samantha asked. "Dare." "I dare you to go in the middle of the street and scream 'I love weed' while wearing one of my headbands and some make up", she said. We all started laughing. "Ok, fine", Dustin said. "Samantha got her headband and some make up and got Dustin 'ready'. He walked to the middle of our street and started screaming and running around. Our elderly neighbor, who was watering his plants, hurried back inside his house while giving my brother a weird look. We were laughing our butts off. He came back inside and we kept on going with the game.

"Jess, truth it dare?", Bryan asked me. "Dare", I said. Bad idea Jess. "I dare you to tell us a secret no one knows about you", he said. Oh god. Kaitlyn spilled my past self harm problem. What do I do? Calm down, maybe he doesn't know. From the corner of my eye I caught Ross staring at me with sympathy and worry in his eyes. "I, uh, umm. I secretly want a tattoo", I said. That sounds like a stupid 'secret'. Shut up conscience, it's all I thought off! "That's sounds cool", Riker said. "I wouldn't expect you to want a tattoo", Rocky said. When I was small I was this 'goody goody'. "People change", was all I said. I was planning on getting a tattoo when I turned 18, which is in exactly one month. I was also thinking about a lip piercing since Dustin had one.But that'll be later on. I just remembered, Rocky's and Riker's birthdays are also in one month. I wonder what I should get for their presents.

Riker's P.O.V.
It's 1:00 pm. I'm hungry. "Should we order pizza?", I asked. "Yes! Please! Pizza is life!", Kaitlyn responded. How cute. "I'll call and order", Rydel said. "So guys, how is it that you stand that devil music?", Ryland asked jokingly. "Hey that 'devil music' is amazing", Dustin responded. "Let me hear one song that won't scare the living hell out of me", Ryland said. Jess got her phone out "This song is called Tangled In The Great Escape", she said as she hit play. It started out with a little bit of piano and broke into guitar. "This is one of my favorite songs by Pierce The Veil", Jess said. "I don't like them", Kaitlyn said. "I can't stand the screaming", she repeated over the music. "Gurrl boo you", Dustin said in a girly voice making us all laugh. The song ended and the pizza arrived and we all began eating. I finished my pieces of pizza and my drink. "I am full", I said. "Same", Jess responded. I looked at her plate. It still had half a piece of pizza on it. "Are you sure? You only ate half of a pizza", I told her. "Oh, I umm, I ate a lot in the morning. I wasn't that hungry", she replied while shifting uncomfortably. "Okay?", I said. That's strange. It's probably nothing. I shook it off and saw Kaitlyn talking to my sister. I walked over to them and spoke up, "Kaitlyn, can I talked to you for a sec?" "Yeah sure." We walked a little bit away from the rest and Kaitlyn spoken up, "What's up?" "I was gonna ask you if you maybe wanted to go on a date with me", I said. Nice Riker. Thank you conscience. "Oh, sure. That'd be fun", she answered. "Great. Then I'll text you later to set up a day", I said. "Ok", she said. We headed back with the rest.
Kaitlyn's P.O.V.
Riker asked me out!!!! I'm freaking out!!! Yes yes yes! Yay! Calm down. You got asked out. You didn't win the lottery. I know, but this is amazing. I'll have to tell Jess. She can help me pick out an outfit. I'm happy.
Jess' P.O.V.
Oh dear. Riker suspects something. I just hope he forgets it. No one needs to know. I got broken away from my thoughts by McKayla, "Hey guys. It's been a long time since I don't hear you play a song." "Who us?", AJ asked. "Yeah", she said. "Why don't we play now so you all can hear", Michael said. "Yay", Violet and Rydel chirped. We went to the basement and performed our cover for Still Into You by Paramore.
-after the mini performance-
"That was awesome", Rydel said. "I love that song", Violet said. We had a good rest of the day. For a while I was able to forget my problems thanks to my wonderful friends.
