Dirk got off the ship, sighing and putting his hands on his knees. "You aren't going to toss anything up again, are you?" Asked his twin brother, Dave, who hand a hand on Dirk's back.
"No, not again." Dirk said, straightening his back. His younger brother ran out, and grappled onto Dirk's arm. "Big brother! Big broooother!" Yelled the little boy. "What?" Snapped Dirk, slightly pissed off. "Cal, get off." Dave said, picking up the strange younger sibling. "I saw someone!" Cal said, pointing to the trees. "You're delusional." Dirk said. "We should've left him in England, Brother could've tried to keep him sane, and safe." Dave said, as Dirk rolled his very light brown/golden eyes. "He's our brother. We can't leave him in an-" An arrow pierced the air, stabbing into the side of the ship. Dirk turned around, blocking Dave and Cal. "Savages." Dave said in a low whisper. Cal held onto Dave. "Are they bad?" Cal asked. "They're the worst things ever...they're barley even alive...they're horrible." Dave said to Cal. "Shut up, you'll scare him." Dirk snapped again to Dave, as Dave scoffed softly. "They'll kill you if you look at them the wrong way." Dave mumbled to Cal, as Cal hung closer to Dave, as another arrow went through the wind, landing at Dirk's feet. Doc ran out, his pasty white skin red from the burning sun of the seas, and his lime green outfit shining against the suns reflection. "WHO IS THAT?!" He screamed, as Dave walked up. "Savages, sir." Dave said, and set Cal on the sand.

As Dave was talking to Doc, Dirk ran back into the ship, and put his sword in his sheath, running back out, and into the woods.

Dirk leaning on a tree, as he stabbed his sword into the side of the tree. "You killed him, you know." Said a voice, as Dirk got in his fight stance. A head popped around, light green eyes, tan skin, and slightly messy black hair. "He's dead now." Said the boy, his hand on the tree. "Wait, you're saying I killed off a TREE. A non-living-" Dirk was cut off by a scowl. "You think he's not dead? What if I stabbed you in your torso?" Said the boy, and soon walked out from behind the tree. "I'm Jacob." He said. "You're a savage?" Dirk asked. "And you're a white skin." Jacob said. "Well, Jake, I see that we both have a name for each other." Dirk said. "You currently know my name, but your name is a mystery for me." Jake said, as he jumped gingerly on the handle of the sword. "Dirk Strider." Dirk said. "Well, Dirk, I see you didn't come here for a normal conversation." Jake said, as he bounced a bit on the sword, now in a crouch. "That's not the safest thing to-OOF!" Jake landed on Dirk, sitting on his chest. Dirk groaned softly, and put his head back. "That's quite heavy." Dirk groaned, as he sat up, Jake plopping on Dirks lap. "You brought a weapon into the sacred woods?" Jake asked, looking up at Dirk with his bright green eyes. "Sacred what?" Dirk asked, looking down at Jake, raising an eyebrow. "Woods. Every tree is living, and sacred." Jake said, pulling himself up with the sword handle. "Every time the Gods hit up with lighting, a tree falls, and a sapling sprouts after it. So, we call these trees sacred." Jake said, as he tried to pull the sword out of the tree, but failing. Dirk sighed, as he stood up, and got behind him, and helped. Finally they got the sword out, and Dirk put it back into his sheath. "Would you like to see the woods?" Jake asked, a smirk tugging on Dirks face. "That would be amazing." Dirk said, as Jake grabbed hold of Dirks hand, tugging him into the woods.
