Chapter 48

*Grace P.O.V.*

     I'm so glad my friendship has grown with Sammy and Skate! Plus Rosie is coming tomorrow and Shawn is coming today...Actually we are going to get him at the airport right now. Matt is still not talking to me and I haven't even tried to talk to him either. But he is very excited to see Shawn because in his words they are 'besties for the resties.' I was practically sitting on my brother and Johnsons lap because there is no space! The boys were just talking really loud and singing to the song on the radio. We finally got there and I got trampled by my Brent and Jacob and pushed out of the car, luckily someone caught me and it was Sammy. "Thanks." I said smiling. "No problem." He said and his face was dangerously close to mine so I looked away and ran to Aaron. "Aaron!" I screamed as I pounced on him. "Grace! You nearly killed me!" He said while laughing. Angie then walked over to me. "Hi Grace, um, who are picking up again?" She asked. "Shawn, Shawn Mendes, uh, Rosie's ex." "Oh, okay. Um, do you know if Taylor is dating anyone?" "I know he is not, why you like him?" "Maybe..." "But weren't you just kissing Sammy the other day...?" "Um, yeah, that was nothing though." She smiled and ran off to Taylor, I'm guessing they are friends.

        We finally got into the airport and Matt was the first one to see Shawn and he ran up to him and tackled him. Shawn went around hugging everyone and introduced himself to Angie. He looked as if he was looking for someone...Rosie! He doesn't know she left! He finally walked up to me and hugged me and whispered in my ear, "Where is Rose?" "She, uh, left tour." I said still whispering. "Oh god, this is the only reason I came." He then pulled away and a look of sadness took over his face but was soon replaced with a smile when Matt started joking with him. Just then I got a call from Rosie. "Hey Rosebud!" "Hi!" "What's up?" "My flight is for tonight and I will get to Vegas at like 3:00am, got it?" "Yes I do and I'm so excited to see you!" "Same! I miss you so much!" "Alight I gotta go I'm going out to dinner with my family and Chris's. See ya!" "Bye!" I hung up and decided to tell everyone. "Everyone!" I yelled. Everyone looked at me with confused faces. "Rosie is gonna be here tonight at three!" When I said that Johnson screamed 'Yes' along with Taylor and I could see a small smile grow on Shawn's face.

     We all piled into the car and went back to the hotel. When we got back I walked up to Shawn and thought id talk to him. "Hey Shawn?" "Yeah?" "Uh, you know Rosie is dating Ethan and um, she loves him..." His face grew sad and he nodded, "Yes, sadly I know, but I also know that she still is in love with me." "Probably." I then remembered the time Rosie told me she would always be in love with Shawn. He then walked away to go talk to Bart. Sammy then walked  up to me and told me that  we are gonna have a movie night. "Sure, ok." I said then he walked  over to Skate. "You wanna stay awake with me till its time to go get Rosie?" Nash said which scared me. "I actually just told Sammy I would, sorry..." "Its fine sweets." He then kissed  my cheek and walked off. I walked up to Sammy and Skate's room and Skate went to go get snacks. It was just Sammy and me and we started joking around. He started to lean in and I really didn't wan to but I did. He then kissed me and I kinda liked it...
