He awoke to water rushing down from the sky. It was cold and wet. The rain had made huge puddles and rippled every time a drop of water hit it. The man groaned. He rubbed his face with his hands then looked around. There was large prices of metal everywhere, along with broken glass. The sky was dark with clouds and not much light shined through the grey blanket. He looked down at himself. He was wearing a tan jacket made up of rough material. White wool made up the collar and inside. His shirt was white with a large red spot on the side. He was also wearing jeans with the bottoms torn. On his feet were black boots. He got up but dizziness hit him. Why was he so weak? He stumbled along leaning against a metal wall for support. Where was he? Who was he? Why is everything broken? There was a lot of questions in his mind. He thought best just to take it slow and find out more about his surroundings. He climbed up on some pieces of metal and looked around at the land. Broken buildings and metal was all he could see. "I wonder if I'm all alone," he said.
