April walked down the bare white hallway of the medical ward. She flipped through the papers that Sin brought to her that morning. "It's just like I thought. All of his new genes have morphed his body. No that's not right. Not much of his physical body has changed. It's his cells. They act in their own way as if animals in a forest. Only the strongest get to survive. That's common in all Kakó but then why hasn't he turned?" She suddenly bumped into someone's back. She looked up, embarrassed. "Oh pardon me. That was my bad." She looked up at the person she just troubled. The large figure slowly turned to her. Her heart stopped cold and feel out of her chest. "Oh no,...how did you get out!" She high pitched scream was followed by many sounds of a struggle. A couple staff workers heard it and ran to see what it was. As they turned the corner to the bare hallway, there was an overturned tv stand and a horrifying creature. Easily 7 feet taller with long misshaped limps. Where it's hands would be formed dark oozing balls that looked like stone. It raised its right arm and swung down, just missing April as she dodged to the side. The staff saw her and rushed to aid in her fight. The creature saw they coming and swung it's arm colliding to the side of the first staffman's head, breaking it clean open. The second man took out his modified knife and swung for the beast, sadly only hitting a rough boned hip. He cursed himself but was cut short when he took a heavy blow to the gut, break skin and a rib. He fell backwards and crashed on the floor. The beast roared with angered as it hungered for human flesh. It took a step toward the still alive man but remember the female. The juicy human. It turned around but was caught by surprise when a glass jar shattered upon its face. That didn't cause the new found pain. It's skin started to melt and it screamed in torture. It swung it's limbs around loosely, now that it was blind. Then a bullet went through its softened head ending its cold, hate filled life. Alice stood there gripping her revolver with both hands, blood flowing down from a wound on her head, blinding her in her left eye. "I must report this to, Lelah."
