Chapter Three

Zyveex POV

Pumwesto na ako ayon sa plano. Andito ako ngayon  sa fountain at nakita ko na si Xy. As always, she is so gorgeous even without make up. Kahit malayo pa siya, I can see her clearly. She's with her family which I've known since I was little. My family is their close friend and that's the reason why I'm here.

I don't know if Xy can see me as there were many people who greeted her. She smiles so sweetly as a response. Seeing her eyes brighten and the corners of her mouth curve slightly upward is the most precious thing in this world. There's something in her that makes my heart skip its beat.

Nang malapit na siya sa kinaroroonan ko ay sinalubong ko na siya.

"Happy birthday, Xyrex" then I smiled.

"Thank you Zy!" Then I hold her hand and we walked towards the Gazebo. Suddenly I felt anxious. Here I am again. This is what I always feel everytime she's around.
Another minute passed and we arrived here in the Gazebo. The lights that were leading our pathway lately were now dark and the only source of it is this dim light in this gazebo. Though dark, I know that there are a lot of people here watching us.

Then, i heard the sweet sound music playing softly. "May I have this dance, my princess?" I asked pleadingly while bending my one knee and bowing my head.

"I will be most delighted, my prince." Then she smiled so dearly.  I also smiled but the reason is too many to be mentioned. One of which is what he called me right now, my prince.

Those words repeatedly flashed back unto my memory. This is not the first time she called me that, but still it feels so new.

Time passed by so slowly and the soft rythm of the sweet music guided our body. We danced and danced and danced. She smiles, I'm happy.

"May I, Zyveex?" My senses went back when I heard the King's voice.

"Of course your highness." Then I stepped away.

Xyrex POV

"Are you enjoying the night sweety?" Tanong ni daddy sa akin.

"Yes dad, very." Then I smiled widely.

"I can see little shining diamonds in your eyes." Said daddy habang nakangiti ng mapang-asar.

" You must be in love with someone I know." Dagdag pa niya at tumawa. Feeling ko umakyat lahat ng dugo ko sa aking pisngi.

"DAD??!" Diniinan ko ang pagkakasabi niyan. Nang-aasar na naman kasi siya eh. I know who's he referring to, it's Zyveex. He's a bit right, I feel so safe and happy whenever Zyvee's with me. But I'm not sure if this what I'm feeling right now is a sign of affection or it's just merely an attraction.

"I know what you're thinking. I've been there." He smiled sweetly.

"I remember those days habang nililigawan ko pa ang mommy mo. I've been through a lot. Her parents were very stringent."

"Dad, why are you telling these to me?" I asked curiously. Parang pinaparating ni daddy na okay lang sa kanyang magkaroon na ako ng isang intimate relationship with Zy. I don't know if I'm ready for that.

"Haha, I was just telling you honey that I'll support you in this kind of case especially if the guy's Zyveex. Haha." I know they like Zyveex for me at Hindi naman ako tutol don, it's just that I don't know if I can give him the love that he wanted.

"Princess, don't worry okay? I'm always here for you."

"Ehem, ehem. Ahm dad, I'm also here!" Sabat ni kuya na ngumingisi ng malaki.

"Haha" dad laughed. We all laughed.

"It's my turn now dad."

Then kinuha na ni kuya ang kamay ko Kay daddy.

"Princess, anong pinag-usapan niyo ni daddy? Share naman Jan!" - si kuya

"Ki lalaking tao ang chismoso! Gusto mo suntukan nalang tayo kuya?" Paghahamon ko sa kanya.

"Chillax sis. Ano kaba, I was just being curious. That's all."

"Hmm, sabi ni daddy kuya ang panget panget mo daw!" Then tumawa ako ng malakas. "At ako naman daw ay maganda!" Dinagdagan ko pa at tumawa ng mas malakas. Haha. Tignan mo nga tong mukha ni kuya oh! Nakasimangot na! Haha. Ansarap talaga asarin ng kuya ko.

Pinisil niya ang pisngi ko at sabing, "Sige pagbibigyan kita, ngayon lang kasi birthday mo!"

"Hahaha"

"Happy birthday princess!" At ngumiti kaming dalawa ni kuya.

Sumayaw kami ng sumayaw.

"Xyrex, tingnan mo nga si Zyveex oh." Tinuro ni kuya ang kinaroroonan ni Zy. "Haha. Kanina pa yan palakad-lakad, okay lang kaya siya?" Tinitigan ko si Zy, at tama nga si kuya, ano bang nangyari sa kanya?

"Haha" tumawa ulit si kuya. "Alam ko na kung bakit ganyan yan!" Sabi pa niya.

"Why kuya?" I asked.

"Coz, he's nervous. Call me liar if he won't go back here and ask you for another dance. Haha. Alam ko na yang mga yan!" Ewan ko sayo kuya! Tiningnan ko ulit si Zyveex, patuloy pa rin siya sa ginagawa niya, pabalik balik sa paglalakad. Then, he looked into our direction, our eyes met. He smiled, and unconsciously I smiled back.

Ilang minuto pa ang lumipas, nakita ko si Zy walking towards us. Kuya's right.

"I told you my dear princess." *smiles*

"Pri-Prince Euskei, m-may I have another dance with the Prin-princess?" Nauutal na tanong niya. This is the first time I saw him blushed. He looks so adorable.

Kinindatan ako ni kuya, "Yes, yes of course." And he cut out.

Alert! Alert!

Kasalukuyan ko ngayong kasayaw si Zyveex. 

He draw me close to him. Nakakailang po. Then he put his arms around my waist and I automatically encircled my hands around his neck. Then we swayed slowly with the music.

This makes me feel something. I can't express what it is. It's new to me. All my happiest moments with this guy suddenly popped into my consciousness. I smiled at the reflections in my head. We remained like this for a couple of minutes. There was silence. Then, I felt his warmth. He held me more closely into his arms and whispered into my ear, "You are the most gorgeous girl in the world!"

Indeed, he never fails to make me smile.
