Player Of The Year

Chapter Three:

A week has gone by. I wake and go to class. I go to my first class. It is boring but I have to listen to what is being taught. It is really important to get good grades when you want to become a teacher. I haven't decided if I want to be just a teacher or if I want to be a teacher for students with a disability. I am taking classes to learn how to work with kids with disabilities. I'm going to have to go work at a school for 6 months. In two four months I will be starting the work. I am suppose to be at the school until the end of the school year but with the baby I might not be able to.

I go through all of my classes. In the last class a girl named Tonya invites me to a party. I tell her I will come.

That night Amanda, Jake, and I head to Tonya's party. When we walk in Tonya walks up and claims me. I'm so used to this that I don't mind. Most of the time when I get invited to a party that a girl is throwing it's because they want to claim me for theirselfs for the night.

She kisses me and I kiss her back. I leave my friends. We go upstairs and she starts dancing for me. I sit on the bed and she gives me a lap dance while stripping. After she is done she undresses me. We start grinding and making love. She says, " I have wanted you for so long. I want you to be mine. I want in here."

She puts her hand on my chest.

" Really you had to go ruin a good night. I'm sorry but I don't do relationships and I thought you knew that."

I get up and get dressed. I walk out and go tell Jake and Amanda that we are leaving. Since they are at the party because of me they have no problem leaving.

The next morning I wake up to Amanda knocking on my door. I tell her to come in. She walks in and says, " How are you feeling this morning?"

" I'm ok. I'm not having morning sickness yet which is a very good thing."

" I agree that it is. So we hanging out tonight?"

" Na I think I'm gonna text Amy for a booty call. I don't want what happened last night to happen again. With Amy it is easy. At least we both know what is expected of us."

She nods. " So one of the real reasons I am here is because your mom had to work and you have your first group meeting. I am gonna take you. Sadly I can't stay but I will be the one to pick you up."

" Ok thanks." I get dressed. We head out to her car and she drives me to my first group meeting.

The meeting is for young wemon who are pregnant. My mom has signed me up. I walk in and take a seat. There are seven other girls. The teacher of the group introduces herself. She has us do the same.

She says, " Each week we will discuss something new that involves life and having a baby so you guys will be ready. Each of you guys are no more than a month pregnant. By a show of hands who baby daddy is in the picture?"

Everyone other then three of us raise l their hand. She says, " The one's who raised their hands are lucky. However unless you are marred then there is a chance he could still leave you. Even if you are marred there is still a chance he could leave. We are going to focuse on being strong mom's by yourself in case you ever have to do it alone."

Everyone nods. I am happy that the group is like that because I know the dad will never been in my kid's life. She says, " There are a lot of choices you can make about what to do with the baby. There is help packets if you want one. Come see me after the meeting if you want a packet. The thing we are going to discuss tonight is how to keep going to school or working after having the baby. First we will start with Madison. What are you doing with life and how are you going to make it work after having the baby?"
