Player Of The Year

Chapter 18:

When I wake up Amy has me get ready because we are going to go see her family. I get a shower before I go get dressed.

We head out. We arive at her mom's house soon. We walk in and her mom comes to give us a hug. Amy's dad then gives us a hug. Her mom puts her hand on my belly. " Hey little man it's nana. I love you. Oh and just so you know I plan on spoiling you."

He kicks and she smiles. She ask, " How long has he been kicking now for?"

" A few weeks. Amy got to fell the first kick. Ever since then he has been kicking up a storm."

She smiles. She then kisses my belly. We spend the rest of the day with them.

That night I go to my mom's she has just gotten finished with radiation. She will not have to have it anymore. I love how she is back to her old self. The doctor hasn't cleared her yet but he should be doing so any day now.

" How are you feeling today momma?"

" I fell fine. I actually don't need help today. You can go back home. Thank you for having everyone take turns taking care of me but I want to be alone now."

" Ok. I love you."

" I love ya too sweetie."

I hug her before leaving.

I was going to have a party for my mom but since she wants to be alone I call everyone to tell them that the party wasn't gonna happen.

Donna calls me. " Hey baby girl. My sister came to town. She really want to see you. We will be having a thing at my aunt's house tonight but she wants to see you before that."

" Ok well let's meet and get lunch. I'm starving."

" Ok where do you want to meet?"

" Let's go to pizza palace."

" Ok we will meet you there in ten."

" Ok I love you."

" I love you too baby girl."

I get in my car and drive to the pizza palace. When I get out Donna and Shay sees me. Shay runs up to me and picks me up. She swings me around while hugging me."

Donna runs over and says, " Put her down Shay she's pregnant."

She puts me down. " Sorry I forget that you were with baby. I have missed you bestie."

" I have missed you too love." shay and I have been bestfriends since middle school. I actually met Donna through her. When her parents moved them she was devastated because we couldn't hang out anymore.

We walk in and order a pizza. We go and find a seat. We talk for a little bit before our food comes. Turns out she is moving back to town. She has a teaching job. Right after she graduated she went to collage for teaching. She is two years older then us. I know what you are thinking. If she us two years older then how were we so close. Well to make a long story short she stuck up for me one day. Ever since then we had been close.

After we eat we leave. Donna leaves a very good tip.
