A week later Amanda and I go to vist my mom in the hospital. All week Amy, momma, and I have interviewed doctors. Yesterday we had finally found one. Momma will be going to a different hospital tomorrow in the next town over. The doctor is only going to do so much at that hospital. It is the only hospital that has all of the things she needs to get started. Once the doctor decides she will be coming home and then they will be coming to her three times a week.

When Amanda and I walk in my mom smiles at us. " Hey momma how are you feeling today?" Amanda ask.

" I'm getting by but I don't have a lot of energy. Can we just watch tv instead of talking?"

" Yes we can." I say while she finds a channel we all will like.

I am going to spend as much time as I can with my mom today and tomorrow since I won't be able to see her everyday while she is at the other hospital. I still have schooling to get through. My mom has shaved her head and she wears a bandanna everyday now. She is still pretty though.

We stay there for four hours. The nurse comes in and tells us we have to leave. So we go back to my mom's house. When we get there I take out my homework and start working on it. My grades are slipping so Donna has been helping me.

Donna walks in not long after I start on the homework. She says hey to Amanda who is watching tv. Amanda nods. Donna then starts helping me with my homework. We work on it for two hours. It makes more since now. She has broken everything down so it would be easier for me to learn.

After we get done we watch tv with Amanda. Thirty minutes after we have started watching tv Amanda leaves. Donna pulls out her guitar.

She sings a song that would make almost any girl blush.
