Scarlet

This is my version of A.C Gaughen's story Scarlet. It is basically a Robin Hood re-write, only one difference. There is a girl in the band who is mysterious, secretive, untrusting, scarred, brave, and terrifying with a knife. And this girl goes by Scarlet, or, to many, Will Scarlet. And she has a huge secret nobody knows. And that secret could kill her, her band, and her town.

WARNNG: language and later in the story the topic of self harm is mentioned.

Chapter One--Scarlets POV

No one really knows about me. I'm Rob's secret, I'm his informat, well really I suppose I'm the bands secret, their informat. But really, no one, not even them, really know me. And that's okay, it's honestly safer for everyone if they don't. And, they don't need to know. What they don't know may hurt them less.
It's getting late, and I open the door to Friar Tucks Inn , and both smile and gag.

The smile? It's rough, but none here will turn me out/kill/arrest/report me for being a thief and a lier. The gagging? It's too hot and stinks of beer and men. I sneak on through, and get to a door.

I head down the hall a while, then come to another door. I open it, and walk into the small room Tuck keeps for Rob. I went in through the door, silently, and sat down next to Rob. I glance around, and see that Rob were the only one other than me there. Rob looked at me and said

"Hey. Get any info?"

and as soon as he looked me, it felt like his eyes were cutting into my heart, making it both jump and shatter. I nod, and say

"Yes, I'll tell once everyone's here."

He just nods, and takes my hand and doesn't let go.

I don't own anything in this story-well I do own Dave who make an appearance next chapter, I just read the real Scarlet loved it and decided to write my own with my own twist. A.C.Gaughen owns basically everything. Just wanted to put that out there.

So....how is my first chapter? Do you like it? Please comment....if you have a good idea, just post it and I'll see if I can work it in. I might twist it a bit and might be a few chapters.....but I'll try! Please no haters....constructive critmatism is fine though. This is my first story. Sorry about the shortness.
