Ross

"Y/N, I'm taking you out tonight. Not to dinner, not to a movie. Just out." Ross said as we walked into his house after school. He was the best boyfriend ever. 

"Well okay" I laughed. "Where are we going?"  

"That's a surprise!" He smiled. 

"Whatever." I hugged him, and sat down.

"Rydel, come over!" I shouted into the phone. "I need your help!" 

"What?" She asked. 

"I have a date with Ross tonight and you NEED to help me get ready."

And within minutes, Rydel was at my house, going through my closet. 

"Here, put this on!" She said, throwing me an outfit. 

It was a white shirt that said Love on it, with blue shorts and black converse. I did as she said and changed, then I was being pulled into my bathroom where the curler was already hot.

"Y/N, you ready?" I heard Ross and he walked inside.  

"One second!" I yelled back to him as I pulled a bow into my hair to keep my hair out of my face.

"Hey!" I said as I walked out to Ross.

"Hey!" he smiled. "You ready to go?" 

"Yup!" 

I thanked Rydel for the help and walked out, with her behind us getting in her car.

"Soooo where are we going?" I tried again to get it out of him.  

"You don't understand the point of a surprise, do you?" He laughed.

We drove for about 10 minutes till we reached an empty parking lot.  

"What are we doing here?" I asked confused. 

"Just wait." He smiled, getting out of the car. He came over to my side and opened the door (such a gentleman:) and I hopped out.  

I was about to say something when he grabbed my hand and began walking. Instead of questioning, I just followed him.  

After about 5 minutes if walking up and trail, we finally reached what I think was our date.  

"So... You like it?" He asked. "I wasn't sure you would."  

"Ross... It's absolutely amazing! You're the best boyfriend ever." I said, hugging him.

He had taken me up to the top of a huge hill, where there was a whole picnic layed out with flowers, music, and food. And the sun was just setting, making it look even more beautiful, which was a bonus.

"I'm so glad you like it, this was the first date Rydel hasn't helped me plan." He blushed. 

"I think..." I started. "You should do that more often."

He gave me a quick kiss, and brought me over to the blanket that was set out. 

"Viola!" He laughed, pulling out a picnic basket. He packed all my favorite foods! Simple stuff: Strawberries, lemonade, mini-PB&J, and.. "Animal crackers!" I shouted. 

"You are too cute." He laughed, and I blushed. Yeah, I love animal crackers. I'm forever 5 years old in the brain.

After we finished the food, talking and laughing the entire time, it was dark, so we were laying under the stars. His arm was around my shoulders and I was laying half on his chest, half in his arms.  

"The stars are so pretty." I started. "I always try to find the constellations, but I was never any good at it." I laughed. 

"Here." He said, pulling out his phone. After a minute or two, he started pointing out constellations.

"Oooh, I see it!" I smiled, looking up to one of the stars he pointed at. "They're all so beautiful."

"You know Y/N." he said, looking over at me.

"Hmm?" I replied.

"Those stars may be beautiful, but not as beautiful as you."

I blushed as he said this, smiling a lot. "Ross, you are so sweet."

Now he blushed, and turned away. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"Nothing."

"Ross."

"Okay fine." He started. "I'll tell you. Y/N, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me. You ways make me smile, laugh, and I can be my total self around you. You're always there when I need you and you're there even when I dont... Y/N, I think I'm in live with you."

I took me a minute to register this. I mean, I loved him back but that just shocked me, I mean... Well here it goes.

"Ross... I love you too. For all those reasons and more." I smiled. And with that, he pulled me into a kiss.

I knew this was going to last a long time.

And it did.

3 years later:

"You may now kiss the bride." The priest smiled. Ross did just that. "May I present, Mr. And Mrs. Lynch everyone.".
