I Don't Know If I Should Stay Away [Teen Romance]

Chapter 17

Alice POV
    I woke up the next morning, and images from last night had my face flushing red. I felt strong arms tighten their hold around me, I looked up and was met with Kyle's sleeping face. I took my hand and brought it up to his face and traced his jawline. When I traced his lips, he twitched in his sleep causing him to let out a small groan. I chuckled lightly and tapped my finger against his nose gently. He wiggled his nose like a bunny would before he opened his eyes gently. When he looked at me he instantly smiled and leaned down to peck my lips. Close mouth kissed, because morning breath. Yuck! I giggled at my thought and he bumped my nose with his gently. "What are you laughing at huh?" I just looked at him and shook my head "Nothing, nothing, just me and my thoughts." He stayed quiet for a while before he started to rub his hand up and down my abdomen. I got goosebumps at his touch and snuggled closer to him. When he re-wrapped his hands around me, it finally clicked that he and I were still very much nude. At the realization of that my face became extremely flushed and I hid my face in his neck. "What is it Hun?" I only hid my face deeper in his neck. He grabbed my chin and made me turn to look at him. "What is it?" I didn't know what to say or how to say it. I looked down then stuttered out "I, We, We're n-naked still." He started laughing causing me to slap my hands over my face and hide under the covers. "Yes, we are, maybe we should shower then go get some breakfast yea?" I could only nod since no words were forming in my head.
    After we showered, in different baths of course Kyle and I had gone down to the kitchen to be greeted by his whole family. There was 3 un familiar faces at the table causing me to hide a little behind Kyle. Kevin got up from his seat and ran towards me and jumped in my arms. "Good morning Alice!" I smiled at the little kid and said good morning as well. Kyle grabbed my hand and led me to the two empty spots at the table. He turned to the three unfamiliar faces and said "Aunt Cary, Uncle Garry, Hunter; this is my girlfriend Alice, Alice this is my Aunt, Uncle, and my cousin. " I smiled at his cousin and waved, then shook his aunts and Uncles hands. With a sincere "Nice to meet you." When I was done introducing myself Kyle and I began eating our breakfast.
    Kyle and I were sitting down in the living room along with Kevin and Hunter. Katherine and Kylee had gone out with a couple of friends, and his uncle and parents were out on the patio. I had my head resting on Kyle's shoulder as he ran his fingers through my hair. I felt myself drifting off, but before I could close my eyes there was a loud knock on the front door, causing all four of our heads to turn and look at it. Hunter got up to open it, and when he did I didn't expect to see Samantha standing there. I got up from where I was sitting and walked to the font door. "What are you doing here?" I asked as I looked at her annoyed face. "You're parents called me and told me what happened so I came and checked here first. Do you, can, can we like go for a walk or something so we can talk." I looked back at Kyle then at Sam. I slowly nodded my head before turing around kissing Kyle goodbye and walking out the front door.
The walk with Sam was quiet for a while before she began to speak. "I know I messed up with what I told Kyle, but I really just don't like him. He-He took you away from me!" She screamed. I looked at her in shock then stilled my steps. "What did you say?" She stopped walking a few feet in front of me then turned around "you were supposed to be mine, I found you first, then he came in and just swooped you off your feet. It was supposed to be me you loved not that freak." I walked up to her and smacked her face "You know nothing about him, so I don't ever want to hear you call him that again do you hear me. I don't want you anywhere near me or Kyle, or Matt for that matter. Just stay away from us. I don't want anything to do with you, our friendship is done." I turned around to walk away but then Sam got my hair and whispered in my ear "If you won't love me, then something has to be done." She let go of my hair and shoved me away. I didn't even bother looking back I just ran. I ran back to my safe place. Kyle's arms.
When I walked into the house I looked in the living room to see that Kyle was no longer there. I ran up to his room and opened the door to find him laying down in his bed with a book in his hands. When he looked up at me, he didn't waste anymore time and quickly rushed to my side and hugged me. "What's wrong baby?" He asked in panic as he wiped away my flowing tears. "I-I'm scared!" Kyle looked confused before he asked "Scared of what baby?" I sniffled and hid my face in his chest. His shirt getting wrinkled by the fistfuls I had on it. Kyle just stood there waiting for me to answer. After a while he pulled me towards the bed and we both laid there. I had calmed down a little then I answered him "Sam, I'm scared of Sam." When I mentioned her name Kyle's face became tense showing the anger that he had. "What did she do?" He asked as his hands tightens around me. "She-she said that I was supposed to love her and not you, that if I don't love her she is going to have do do something." I finished saying as I continued to cry into his chest. "Shhh baby it's okay she isn't going to do anything I promise." I shook my head continuously and in a shaky voice said "you can't be so sure a-about that!" He grabbed my chin making me look at him "No, yes I am, I'm sure she isn't going to do anything because we are leaving. Us two we are going to get our things and leave." I looked into his eyes and kissed him. I kissed him like if it would be the last kiss that we ever shared. I pulled back and nodded my head. "Yea, let's go just us two. Somewhere where nobody can find us and we can't be bothered." He smiled and kissed me again. When he pulled back he said "Tomorrow night. Tomorrow I will take you away from this hell whole and we can be happy. Just us two." I nodded my head then fixed myself on his chest and closed my eyes for an afternoon nap.

I will follow you anywhere Kyle. Just take me somewhere, where I don't have to worry about anything anymore. Somewhere, were we can start our own little family.
