Chapter 19 Part Two

Chris P.O.V
"Chris Im ready"Momma J said walking into the family room holding her purse in one hand and her other hand holding on to her suitcase."Don't leave momma"I said in a baby voice while getting up off the couch "I would love to stay but I have so much stuff to do back home"Momma J said looking  at me "I know momma I'ma buy you a house out here"I said grabbing my phone off the table "Chris you dont have to do that"Momma J said in a polite voice "I know but I want to I hate that you live so far away from me"I said sitting down on the couch to retie my sneaker "Aww sweetie that's so nice but I'm never that far away from you"Momma J said smiling "I know momma you ready"I asked grabbing my car keys off the key rack "Yeah can you tell Zoe I said I love her is she up"Momma J asked walking out of the front door "I will and no she just finally went to sleep she was up till 3 something this morning crying"I said while putting Momma J suitcase in the trunck of the car."Poor baby I wish I could do something for her"Momma J said looking sad " Same here but what exactly is going on because I feel like shes not telling me the whole story"I said pulling out of the drive way.Momma J didn't say anything she just sat there looking out the window. "Chris I know how you get when it comes to Zoe so ima just need you to listen"Momma J said breaking the silence "Is it bad"I asked glancing over at Momma J while still focusing on the road. The look on her face told me that whatever was going on with Zoe that it was worst than I thought it was."Her ex-boyfriend was going around saying bad things about her and calling  all types of names and durning your performance he texted her saying hurtful things"Momma J said looking at me.The blood in my body was boiling I wanted to kill Xavier I wanted him dead. I had to stop and think if I react that is only going to make the situation worse and I don't want to put Zoe under any more stress."Chris now I know what your thinking you want to kill this boy. You can't do that because this is Zoe battle she has to face it alone  you can only be there to hold her hand and walk through the dark with her until she comes to the end"Momma J said grabbing my hand.Everything my momma was saying was rite but at the same time whatever is hurting Zoe it's hurting me."I get what your saying but I hate seeing her cry"I said stopping at another red light "I know exactly how you feel but it takes time"Momma J said looking at me.After driving for about an hour and talking about Zoe situation we finally made it to the airport. "Aww ima miss you baby"Momma J said hugging me tight "Ima miss you too"I said not wanting to let go of her."Chris I have to go I love you"Momma J said smiling "Okay I love you too mommy"I said letting go of her then giving her a kiss on the cheek.After I waited for my mom to bored her plane I left before I went back home I stopped by apple to pick up Zoes new phone.

Zoe/Chris P.O.V 
I woke up to a pink box with a white ribbon on it I wonder who this is from I thought to myself as  I sat up in the bed. I opened the pink box and inside was a blue studded Iphone I took the phone out of the box to get a closer look at it.When I turned the phone around I noticed it was note on it "Do you like it?".After I was done looking at the phone I put it back in the box and sat the box on top of the dresser then I went to the bathroom to do my normal routine."Goodafternoon sleepy head"Chris said when I got downstairs but I just ignored him and walked into the kitchen.When I got in the kitchen it was a plate of food sitting on the counter I knew it was for me but I didn't want it. "Did you like your gift"Chris asked wrapping his arms around my waist."Please dont touch me"I said moving his arms from around my waist."You okay"Chris asked looking at me "Yeah Im fine"I said rolling my eyes"Theres a plate of food on the counter for you"Chris said changing the subject while standing infront of the refrigerator."Im not hungry"I said trying to get into the refrigerator to get a bottle of water but Chris wouldn't move."Zoe you need to eat"Chris said grabbing a apple from the side of the refrigerator "WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU NOT UNDERSTAND IM NOT HUNGRY CHRISTOPHER"I yelled as I slapped the apple out of his hand and walked out of the kitchen."Hey Zoe"Mijo said smiling but I just ingored him and went back upstairs."Whats wrong with her"Mijo asked sitting down on the couch "Alot"I said sitting down on the other couch across from Mijo "Like what"Mijo asked while grabbing a piece of candy out of the candy bowl. "With Media and that wack ass nigga Xavier"I said while rubbing my head "What did he do"Mijo asked looking worried "He's just going around saying stuff about Zoe thats not true"I said looking up at Mijo "Oh yeah I heard about that"Mijo said shaking his head "I dont know what to do I mean I tried everything she stayed up till 3 something crying and I hate seeing her hurt but I don't know what to do"I said starting to feel stressed out. "I know how you feel man Sky was the same way when her and her dad were having problems"Mijo said looking at me "What did you do because im so lost"I asked while picking up a piece of candy "It takes time and I just took her out and did fun little stuff when I wasn't busy and over time she started to act herself again"Mijo said grabbing the remote.That gave me the perfect idea I'll take Zoe on a fun date today since I didn't have anything schedule for today.
