Chapter 26 Part One

I grabbed my phone off the night stand to see what time it was. Damn its 6 in the morning I thought it was at least  8 or 9"I thought to myself before I put the phone down. While I waited for Zoe to come out of the bathroom I turned on the tv and I should of figured Holes would be on. "Goodmorning your up early"Zoe said as she walked out of the bathroom. In a white vneck t-shirt that stopped at her hips so you could see her pink and white boy cut underwear. And you could tell she just got out of the shower because her hair was still wet. "Don't you look sexy you trynna have some morning sex"I asked while eyeing her up and down. "As much as I would love too Ima pass I feel like crap and your daughter is not happy this morning"Zoe said as she crawled back into bed. "Ariella why are you giving Mommy a hard way to go this morning"I asked as I touched Zoe stomach "Oh I see Ima tell her right now"I said nodding my head "I guess you can read minds now"Zoe said as she raised her eyebrow "Im a man of many trades and that just happen to be one, but Ariella said Mommy Im sorry but I didn't like that peanut butter and baked chicken you ate last night'" I said in a baby voice "Well tell Ariella that Mommy is sorry and that she'll stick to more of what she likes more than what I crave"Zoe said before cracking a small smile "Did you hear that Ariella Mommy said she's sorry"I said while leaning my ear against Zoe stomach "She said she loves you"I said looking up at Zoe "I love you too baby"Zoe said while smiling. "See how Daddy fixed that probably between his two lovely girls"I said before lifting my head up. Seeing Zoe smile was one of the best things ever. "Thank you for being here to fix our problem" Zoe said while putting her hair into a bun "Your welcome now give daddy some love" I said poking my lips out "Boy Bye you still have morning breath I'm surprise my eyebrows ain't fall off yet" Zoe giggled as she put her hand over my mouth "You wasn't saying that last night" I said as I leaned in to give her a kiss but she kept moving her head. "I know that was last night but this is today" Zoe said as she pushed me back. I knew the perfect way I could  get my kiss. I pretended I bend my finger back so she could move closer to me. "OUCH" I yelled as I looked down at my finger "OMG baby are you okay" Zoe asked in a concerned voice "No"I said looking down at my finger "Let me see" Zoe said leaning in to see my finger. And thats when I got my kiss "EWWW!!! My lips are going to fall off" Zoe yelled as she wiped my kiss off "Told you I was gonna get that kiss" I yelled as I ran  into the bathroom. "Whatever but we need to have a serious conversation when you get done" Zoe said "Sure okay" I said before grabbing my toothbrush out of the holder and turning the water on. While I was brushing my teeth I started to think that today would be the perfect day. To show Zoe what I was working on for the past couple of days. After I was done brushing my teeth I went back into the bedroom. "Does this movie ever get old to you"I asked as I sat down on the bed "Nope and heres my favorite part now"Zoe said before laughing.I will never understand how she watches this movie back to back. "Do you only watch this movie because your best friend is in it"I asked "Yes and No I watch it because I love the meaning behind it"Zoe said before pausing the movie. I really didn't care to know the meaning behind why she loved this movie so much,but Im sure I'll soon find out. "So what did you want to talk about"I asked. "We need to start getting things in order for our child" Zoe said as she sat up "Why the house is fine the way it is" I said looking at Zoe "Not really when you have graffiti cans everywhere and other little things laying around plus Ariella doesn't even have a room" Zoe said with a  worried look on her face. "We'll figure it out when your further along in the process"I said "No baby I want to figure it out now so we don't have to stress when the time comes I want the last couple of weeks of this pregnancy to be relaxing and calm not crazy"Zoe said before leaning her head on her hand. What Zoe didn't know was I had already figured everything out. Ariella had a place to sleep and I had a place to keep all my stuff. "Bae like Im almost three months we have six more months to figure everything out im not trynna sound mean but I want to have a game plan ready"Zoe said.I guess Its time I  show Zoe my little project I was working on "Get up I have something for you"I said "What is it"Zoe asked "Don't worry about it just get up"I said while walking over to my dresser to get the  black box that was inside the dresser draw out."Here you go"I said handing her the black box "What is it"She asked looking confused "Just open it"I said. When she opened the box she pulled out a bedroom key "What is this for"She asked "Go down the hall and into the room on the right"I said trying not to smile. "Okay"She said before leaving the room. I followed her down the hall but I didn't go into the room.I just let her go in by herself.
