Chapter Six: Revealed

(Sorry for the huge time gap!)

When everyone was pondering the thought of Natsu being E.N.D., Gray was the only one thinking straight.

"My old man said E.N.D. is a fire demon. It's starting to make sense now, but the fact that it's flamebrains over here... I still don't really comprehend it."

"Yes that's correct. E.N.D. was my first creation. The reincarnation of my younger brother."

Zeref appeared out of thin air. Startling everyone, including the dragons.

"Your...brother?" Erza asked, puzzled.

"Natsu...Etherious...Dragneel." Zeref continued. "E.N.D. for short."

Zeref peered at Natsu. "Sup, little bro?"

Natsu screamed at Zeref.

"You think that you show up out of nowhere, call me your brother, then call me little bro!?" Natsu's rage seeped from his clouded mind. "You've got another thing coming!"

"Hmm, maybe so, however I'm going to be taking my book back; there's no need to fight."

With that, E.N.D.'s book disappeared out of Gray's hand and into Zeref's clutches.

"Farewell Natsu, farewell Fairy Tail, farewell dragons." And from that, Zeref vanished from sight.

(So sorry, this chapter was so much shorter, the next chapter will be a prologue to the next arc, when Natsu goes off on his training mission. The Alvarez Empire will be present.)
