"Anu, are you feeling like going to school today? If yes then please wake up because it's already six," Loveleen said to Anu in a sweet voice.

"I am going to school, mom." Then she looked at the alarm clock and exclaimed, "No ways, I am so damn fucking late!" And with that she got up and tried to do everything in a supersonic speed. But it was seemingly impossible as she could be heard vomiting in the bathroom twice. But still she managed to get ready on time.

The driver drove her to the school in her newly bought silver coloured Audi R8. When she entered the school, the first thing that she could hear was Mrs Mehta screaming at her for getting late.

"You know that we can be disqualified if we reach late, and we can not afford that. Do you get that? "

" Sorry ma'am, "she said meekly, embarrassed at her stupid mistake.

Satvik then interrupted Mrs Mehta," I think that we should now proceed to the venue, otherwise we would definitely be thrown out."

"You are right." She then announced everyone to get into the bus quickly.

While they were boarding the bus, Anu thanked Satvik for saving her from bearing the brunt of Mrs Mehta.
Satvik smiled and told her that he wasn't doing it for her. It was the only way in which she could be stopped from her ranting. They all did not want to hear her nonsense at this particular hour of the day.

"So are you still angry with me over the slap? "

" Not really. It was my mistake but still I think you should not have slapped me like that. "

" Did you leave an option for me? You were so absorbed into your emotions that sensibility just evaporated from your mind. "

" Can we sit together?" she asked him hesitantly.

"No. "

" But I want to clarify things with you and so you are sitting with me", she stated it in an authoritative way.

"I love you more than any other person in this school. But my self respect is my first priority."

"Get me and her in, "a voice said. She turned around and saw Nikhil. She was worried initially about whether he had been listening to their conversation.

Anu thought that he was the best way to get Satvik on a talking terms at least.

"OK."

This turned out to be his best decision for the day. As the bus started off, the old bond was reawakened. The way they used to laugh even at the most horrible jokes, the double entendre and sometimes reminiscing their memories. It was a great time and for sometime she forgot her pain.

Things were going as desired, until she saw Khushi, while she was proceeding to the green room. They gave each other a really nasty look like the vamps of the daily soaps. Anukriti had always loathed the presence of Khushi in her life. She was responsible for creating a rift between her and Mridul. She thought her as an attention seeker who could do anything to get into limelight.

Mridul at that point had seen Anukriti and Khushi face to face and was seriously scared that this doesn't convert into a face off. So he reached as quickly as possible to help avoid a scuffle between the girls.

"I suppose that you don't want to be reprimanded again for being late", he said placing his hand on Anukriti's shoulder and whisked her out.

"You suspected that I would create a scene when I would see her?"

"No, not really but you know yourself right? You have no control over your anger."

"Main itni velli bhi nai hun(I am not that free). She instigated me and at that point I didn't have a choice except to show her the mirror of reality. "
