Leo was too excited the next day, he had secured a try-out for the team, had Belle coming over after to look forward to and he had History after dinner, his day was going perfect until he reached the lunch room to find Belle and Jenny having a heated argument with two blonde whiney girls. He frowned as he got his lunch slowly just wanting to go over to see what was wrong,

"You're sat at our table," Leo heard one of the whiney girls moan as he headed over to them "we sit here every day!" The twins sat down makings he girls complain even more

"What's going on here?" Leo asked and Belle sighed with relief at his appearance, the girls turned around and eyed up Leo

"They aren't moving," the smaller and if more annoying girl "this is our table we've sat here since god knows when,"

"Then isn't it time for a change?" Leo reasoned "you're right next to the bins and you'll get the draft from the door all the time, how about you go sit in the corner they're warmer? It's freezing over here,"

The girls looks at each other then back to the handsome Leo who gave them a winning smile "okay I guess we could,"

They both smiled flirtatiously at him "are you going to Jackson's this weekend,"

"Bye girls," Jenny and Belle both said in unison waving sarcastically, the girls trotted off with their lunch and Leo's friends cheered him like a hero

"Aren't you just our knight in shinning armour?" Jenny grinned as she slid into the seat next to her across from Belle who was smiling almost affectionately

"I'm a man of many talents," he gave the two girls a wink before starting his lunch in an even better mood that before.

"What do you have next?" Jenny wondered stabbing her pasta

"History," Belle and Leo said in unison before turning to each other grinning

"Finally you can stop moaning about sitting alone B," Jenny grinned turning to the Twins to talk about their costumes they still hadn't gotten yet, to Jenny's complete horror.

Leo had never been in a proper class with Belle so was interested to see how much she was absorbed in every word their old and boring teacher, Mr Hail, mumbled. Leo had finally found a class he was a head of to his delight so only half listened to Mr Hail drone on about King James I's foreign policy, instead he marvelled in Belle's concentrations as she took notes and didn't say a word for the whole two lessons, he thought about distracting her but he knew he'd pay the price since she shot a group of boys a look whenever they got too rowdy across the room. Leo grinned to himself, he would not want to be on the receiving end of that look any time soon. When Mr Hail was taking questions at the end of his very boring lecture Belle turned to Leo with a smile and excited glint in her eyes.

"Are you excited for try outs?" she whispered, he gave a nod in reply and she smiled "Well I'll be your own personal cheerleader when you get on the team,"

Leo chuckled "Does that come with a costume and pompoms?"

Belle just laughed softly as the school bell rang and she packed away her things "I'll meet you out front at half 3,"

"I wont be late," he promised as he watched her dodge tables and slip out of the emptying classroom, before he could escape the class as well Mr Hail gave him another bundle of essays to 'check his ability' like they didn't teach people properly over in Sheffield.

Of course it's raining, Belle scrunched up her nose as she sheltered from the down pour, shivering in her blazer as she waited for Leo, surely they can't be still playing in this? Trust the British weather. A horn was honked making her jump and look up to see Leo's rusting car and just about saw his grinning face from the drivers side. She poked her head out from her shelter and was instantly drenched well you can only get wet once she ran out to where he was parked already soggy and feeling like she was weighed down by an ocean. When she climbed into his car she actually squelched, "Oh I'm soaking your seats,"
