Alison's POV
"Well I think the new teacher won't like me" I said to myself. After a moment the second bell rang. "Fuck". She is going to hate me even more if she finds out I am going to be late for her class. I don't know why I care if she hates me or not but I don't want her in my bad side.
I ran to the classroom like someone was following me. When I got there I was tired. Oh wait that means I am out of shape because the classroom isn't that far away. I can think about that later I scolded myself. When I was about to enter the classroom I saw the new teacher whose name I don't know yet. She was introducing herself to my classmates. Until she saw me. Oh God! I am in a lot of troubles.
Emily's POV
After my not so friendly talk with the blonde girl I went inside the school and just as I thought the bell rang when I got to the classroom. All the students are here or that's what I think
"Good morning" I told them.
"Good morning" They answered.
I started to write my name on the blackboard when I finished I turned around and started introducing myself.
"Hi class my name is Ms. Fields and I am going to be your new English teacher" I told them. I saw the boy from earlier in the back of the classroom in the middle of other two guys.
I was about to tell them more about the class when I turned to the door and saw the blonde girl I was talking to outside the school. I excused myself and went to the door.
"Can I help you?" I asked her. She looks tired. But why would she look like that if she wasn't exercising?
"Yes, can you come outside for a minute?" She asked me.
"Okay. Be quiet guys" I told my students and went outside the classroom. Why would she want to talk to me in the first place? I am about to find out.
"I am sorry about what happened outside" She told me.
"Don't worry" I told her giving her a reassuring smile. I was about to go inside when she grabbed my arm.
"What?" I asked. Getting a little bit mad.
"The reason why I am here is because I am in your class" She told me. Oh now I understand.
"Come inside" I told her not letting her know I am going to give her detention later.
Alison's POV
"Thanks" I told her giving her the smile I gave her earlier.
That was easy I told myself. What was I worried in the first place? Our new teacher seems so nice. I went inside and all my friends were there even Noel. I gave him a look that says 'don't even talk to me'. I took a seat and the teacher continued with the class.
"So as I was telling you we are going to start reading a book" The teacher told us. "I am open to hear your ideas. What do you guys want to read?"
I immediately thought about 'Great expectations' I love that book so bad. I think I was distracted for a long time because everyone is looking at me.
"What?" I asked them confused.
"I was asking you if you had any book in mind" Ms. Fields said.
"Oh!" I said. "Yes, I actually have in mind 'Great expectations'".
"Have you read that book?" She questioned.
"Yes, I have it's my favorite" I told her.
"Great taste!" She told me. "I like it too". What was happening? She is beautiful as hell and likes the same book as me.
"Does someone else have any other option?" She asked looking everyone in the classroom. No one wanted to answer.
"So I have made my mind" She said. Pausing for 5 seconds "We are going to read 'Great Expectations'". I'm so happy. I have read that book so many times I can answer 1000 questions without even hesitating.
The bell rang letting us know the first class was over. It's a shame because I wanted to spend more time with my new teacher. I was taking all my things before going to the other classroom when Ms. Fields stopped me.
What would Miss Fields have to tell Alison? Pretty obvious right? Hahaha
