Author's POV
The big day arrived Emily was glad she could start teaching. While Alison wasn't looking forward to going to classes because she knew once the classes started teachers were going to give her a lot of homework assignments.
Alison's POV
My alarm went off at 6:00 am 'cool welcome to hell again Alison' I told myself. I finally decided what to wear for the first day of classes. It's a simple but yet sophisticated dress. It had to be something that had people talking. Well actually they already talk when I get to school because who wouldn't talk about the queen bee right?
Since Spencer is my next door neighbor I decided I could ask her to give me a ride. I don't want to get alone to school. I hate waiting for people. Now that I think about it my friends are the ones who wait for me all the time. I grabbed my phone and sent a text to Spencer.
A- "Hey Spence are you ready?" I knew Spencer is ready because she likes to get to school one hour earlier. She answered my text a minute later.
S- "Hey Ali! I just got out of the shower :) how about you?"
A- "Well I'll be ready in 30. I was wondering if you could give me a ride." I lied to Spencer I haven't even taken a shower yet but she'll wait for me.
S- "Sure Ali! I'll pick you up in 40". Well I need to start getting ready.
A- "Thank you Spence. See ya in 40 then". I left my phone and went to take a quick shower.
S- "No problem Ali".
I saw the text Spence sent after I got out of the bathroom me but I cannot reply because I'm already late. Even though it was just 6:15. But Spence likes to go at 6:45. I put on my dress, applied some make up and did my hair. It is 6:35 and Spence is going to get out of her house in 10 minutes. I went downstairs and saw my parents having breakfast. I couldn't eat but I said hi and bye to them and went out of my house. Spence was getting out of her house when I was closing my front door. I made it just in time! I went inside Spencer's car and we started talking.
"Morning Spence thank you for giving me a ride" I told her. She is kind of happy I think. "How many cups of coffee have you had Spence?"
"Morning Ali! Just 2 why?" Spencer answered my question.
"Because you look so happy" I giggled.
"Well I'm happy" Spencer said which caused me to stop giggling because I really thought coffee had made her seen like that but I guess I was wrong.
"And why are you happy?" I asked Spencer. "Don't tell me you are happy because school starts today please"
"Noooooo, I mean I'm happy because school starts today but the reason why I am happy is because I get to see Toby" She told me. I understand Spencer. Her parents think Toby isn't a good guy and that's why the only place she can see him freely is at school. Now I really know why Spencer likes to get to school one hour before classes start.
She started the car and 15 minutes later we arrived at school. I can see Mona and Aria already waiting for us in our usual table. People know that is our table in the morning and nobody can sit on it. That's one of the reasons why I love being the queen bee. People respect me a lot well they are afraid of me.
Spencer parked in front of school. Sydney was already waiting for us. She is not part of my group but we talk to her and some other people because they do some things we want. Spencer and I got out of the car, we both said hi to Sydney and she said hi back. She got inside Spencer's car and drove it to the parking lot. I walked with Spencer to our table to talk to Mona and Aria.
"Hi girls good morning" I said.
"Hi Ali and Spence" Mona and Aria said in unison.
"Ali here you got your schedule" Mona told me. That's why I love her. She has access to this information so we don't have to go to the office to ask. "Here is yours Spencer" she gave Spencer her schedule.
"Thanks Mona" Spencer and I said.
"So what do you have on first period" Aria asked Spencer and me.
"English" I said. Aria, Mona and Spencer are looking at me like I'm crazy.
"What?" I asked.
"Aria and I have English too" Mona finally spoke.
"I also have English" Spencer said.
"Cool!" I said.
"We are having classes with the new teacher" Aria said. Her face suddenly change from excited to sad. I know what this is about.
"Are you going to miss Ezra?" I asked Aria.
"A little bit" She said sad.
"Don't worry Aria you can see him in the halls" Spencer tried to cheer Aria.
"Yeah! And we are going to be with you in classes" Mona said. Aria just giggled.
"Thank you for trying to cheer me up girls" Aria said.
"I have to go" Spencer said getting up and walking away.
"Go get it Spence" I yelled at her. Knowing she is going to see Toby.
"Ali shhh.." She said and walked away.
"What were you talking about?" Mona asked me.
"Spencer likes to come early so she can talk to Toby, I think they are finally getting together this year" I told them.
"That's great" Aria said. All of a sudden my eyes were covered and someone said "I missed you princess" I knew exactly who it was.
"Dad?" I said just to tease him. He laughed and took his hands away from my eyes.
"Not exactly" he told me taking a seat next to me.
"Hey Ali! I really missed you" Noel told me. I can't say I didn't miss him but I mean he is not my boyfriend so I don't want him thinking I was dying not seeing him during summer.
"Hi Noel" I told him. "I missed you too" I lied because he is the king I need. That's what he was waiting to hear before leaning in and giving me a kiss.
I heard Ben and Sean talking to Aria and Mona. They are friends, not friends with benefits like Noel and I. Mona actually likes Aria's little brother Mike. The first bell rang but Noel and I didn't stop kissing. The girls and the guys left Noel and I on the table because they know hour kiss can last too long.
After some minutes of kissing Noel and I heard someone clearing their throat. We stopped kissing, I am pissed. Who dares to stop our kiss? They are going to suffer the consequences. Noel turned around to see who that person was. I wasn't in the mood to turn around but I spoke up.
"Can I help you?" I asked in my bitchy tone. I can see from the corner of my eye that Noel's jaw dropped.
"Yeah, you can help me by going to classes" She said. But wait! Why did Noel's jaw drop? He only acts like that when he sees me. So I decided to turn around and check why Noel did that. In that moment my jaw also dropped. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen.
"Sorry?" I said, I forgot what she told me.
"I said you can help me by going to classes" She said. Noel stood up and walked inside the school no even saying goodbye. 'What's wrong with him?' I asked myself.
"And you are?" I said not giving up just yet.
"The new teacher" She said. Oh my God. I think she is going to hate me! And the worst thing is that I have classes with her on first period.
"Oh sorry! My bad" I told her. Showing my best smile.
"I hope you get to classes before the second bell rings" she told me before leaving. I was left alone and speechless.
"Well I think the new teacher won't like me" I said to myself. After a moment the second bell rang. "Fuck" She is going to hate me even more if she finds out I am going to be late for her class. I don't know why I care if she hates me or not but I don't want her in my bad side.
