Emily's POV
I knew I wanted to kiss Alison but I can get us in troubles and I don't want to see her being punished because of me. I tried stopping her but she ran away. I'll let her clear her mind before we discuss what happened.
I'll call Hanna. I haven't seen her in a week and I miss her.
"Hey Han! What are you doing?" I spoke first.
"Hi Em, nothing good. Why?" Hanna answered.
"I was wondering if you would like to hang out" I said.
"That'll be great, I'll be there in 20" she said and hung up.
'She is so polite' I told no one in particular. And there comes Alison again to my mind. Where is she? I need to make sure she is okay but what if she doesn't want to talk to me anymore?

"Emily baby Fields the love of your life is here" Hanna said. She is soooo funny.
"Hi Hanna. Why are you happy?" I asked her not moving from my couch.
"I am happy because my best friend remembered that I exist" she said simulating to make a rainbow in the air.
"I know you can't live without me, but did you miss me that much?" I asked her playing her game.
"Yes, I did" Hanna pretended to sob. "I know you selfish bitch didn't miss me because you have a photo of me as your wallpaper in that phone" she pointed the place where my phone is.
"How did you know?" I said surprised.
"I mean. How wouldn't I? I'm the sexiest woman alive. Look at me" she moved her hands up and down her body.
"Hahahahahahaha Hanna what have you had to drink today? You are funnier than ever before" I told her.
"It comes with the beauty" she said.
"Okay I get it Hanna" I said I want to have a serious conversation.
"But seriously what have you been up to Em?" Hanna asked what I was expecting.
"Well, where should I start?" I asked myself out loud because this week has been a roller coaster.
"Tell me what you did on Monday, duh" Hanna said.
"I met Ezra and Maya. They are the other 2 young teachers at school" I said.
"Have you been naughty with Maya?" Hanna asked with a mischievous smile.
"No, and I won't. I liked her but...." I like Alison more. I let out a breath I didn't know I was holding.
"What's wrong Em?" Hanna asked me worried.
"Nothing" I said.
"I know you want to tell me. It will make you feel better" Hanna said playfully.
"But promise me you won't judge" I told her serious.
"I promise not to judge you Em" Hanna said with a reassuring smile.
I can't believe I'm finally saying this out loud. "I kind of like one of my students" it feels good to confess.
"Are you for real?" Hanna asked. Maybe she thinks I'm messing with her.
"Yes, Hanna. I'm telling you the truth" I told her.
"And what happened?" Hanna is concerned.
"We kissed... twice" I said.
"Whaaaaaat?" I thought Hanna wouldn't judge me but I was wrong.
"I shouldn't have told you" I said with my arms crossed.
"I'm just a little bit shocked, that's all but I don't think you are the evil" at least she is trying to make me feel better. "Are you dating her now?" Hanna asked me.
"No, I stopped the kiss because I don't want her to get in troubles for kissing me" I let out another breath.
"What are you going to do?" Hanna asked me.
"I don't know, I like to spend time with her but... What would you do if you were me?" I want to know what she says.
"Mmmmm...." Hanna opened her mouth and closed it. "I would totally go for it if I liked her a lot" she finally spoke. "But it's up to you because is your life".
"You're right I need to think about it" I can't be kissing her if I don't want anything else.
"I'll be there for you, no matter what choice you make" Hanna told me placing her hand on my shoulder.
This is why I love chatting with my best friend. She makes my days better.
"Hey and what have you been doing?" I can't be a bad best friend.
"Well I, you know, my mom told me she is going to name me the excutive president of our company" Hanna is excited.
"Congrats Hanna. When is the party?" I am so proud of her. She plays dumb but we all know Hanna is a smart ass.
"Next Saturday at 7 pm. You are coming right?" Hanna knows I wouldn't miss it.
"Of course I am. I don't get to see my best friend being named executive president of her family's filming production company every day" let's get the celebration started.
"Are you bringing someone?" Hanna all of a sudden asked.
"I don't know.... Maybe" Alison immediately came to my mind.
"I hope you do because you need to get as much fun as I will" it is so thoughtful of her.
We kept talking about Saturday and how her mom gave Hanna the news. The whole time I couldn't take Alison out of my head. Caleb called Hanna and she went home.
