As soon as we got into the town that served to all of Carmen I started to think that we were going back down to the sewer so that he could drop me back there, knowing he had probably already had enough of me and was going back on his word of helping me.

That was until he stopped in front of one of the stores and turned me towards it. I recognized this shop as we had only walked passed it last night on our travels to Seth's house.

"Really this is what you had in mind?" I asked and snorted to him.

"Well I can't have you walking around in the same clothing everyday now can I? I do have a reputation to uphold and I can't have people thinking I hang around with bad company." He simply said as he made his way into the shop.

What an arrogant... I forced myself to stop getting angry with him after all I knew I couldn't wear the same things day in day out like I used to and if anything I should be thanking him. But the fact that he thought so highly of himself really grated me. I shoved the anger away and made my way into the shop after him. Whatever thoughts I just had flew out of the window there and then as I saw what was in front of me.

Almost all of the women in the store turned their heads towards him as he walked past them with his head held high like he owned the world. I could have sworn some of them would sign their lives away just to be next to him. He stopped at the shop counter where a woman with blonde hair stood behind with a smile on her face that would dazzle any man that walked past.

"Well, well if it isn't Seth himself. What brings you back here? Business... or pleasure" She asked looking over at me as I stopped just behind him wondering what was wrong with half of the people in here.

"Unfortunately Tina its business," Seth replied pointing over at me and bringing me next to him. As soon as all the other women in the shop saw that I was with him I felt there stares on me as though they could kill me with one look. Utter jealousy shone on their faces.

"A little young for you don't you think Seth?" Tina said noticing that I did look young compared to her but if you looked at me and Seth together you would only see a few years difference. But of course that all depended on how old she thought Seth was in the first place.

" , this is," Seth paused to think of where he was headed with this. "My niece Rosalie, unfortunately her parents perished in a great fire last year and I was the only family left to look after her. She needs a whole new wardrobe as she doesn't have much, and I'm counting on you to make sure she looks her best." He quickly made up. I may not like the story he had given about me but I'll give him the fact that he was quick on his feet and it was not exactly a lie. For all I knew I did lose my family in a fire and just not remember it since I awoke in one.

"So that's where you have been. Oh dear, well Rose. Can I call you Rose?" She asked without waiting for approval. "Come with me and I'll get you everything you need sweetheart." I looked over my shoulder at Seth hopefully giving him one of those looks that could kill that I had received when the women thought that me and Seth where possibly an item. All he did was shrug his shoulders and I could have sworn I saw him laugh.

Since there was no way that I was going to stand in the shop where I would no doubt be fawned over by the women in there, and the death looks I would receive from her I slipped out of the door deciding I would get some fresh air.

Not that fresh air mattered since I was about to have a cigarette, pulling out the packet I noticed that I only had two left and if I was going to make it through the rest of the day with her pushing at me about leaving her in the hands of some woman she didn't know, I needed to get to a shop.
