CDC Part 1 ( Chapter 5 )

Bella's pov.

"What do y'all want??" A guy asks

"A chance." Rick reply's

"That's asking a lot these days."

"I know."

"You all submit to a blood test, that's the price of admission."

"We can do that."

"If you got stuff you better get it now, once these doors close they don't open."

We run and grab the very few things we have and get in the elevator.

"I'm Rick Grimes." Rick says, shaking Jenner's hand.

"Dr. Edwin Jenner."

"Where is everybody else?? I ask

"I'm it."

After everyone finishes with the blood test, we head up stairs for some food.

"Mom can I have some??" Carl ask pointing towards Rick's glass of wine.

"No, not till you're twenty one."

"In France and Italy its normal for a kid to have a little wine with dinner." Dale says

"When Carl is in France or Italy he can have some." Lori adds

"What will it hurt?? Let's let him have some Lori." Rick says

"Fine, but only a little."

"Mommy can I try it??" Sophia quietly ask

"Sure." Carol answered

"Mommy, Daddy, can I have some??" Delilah ask

"If it's okay with your mom, it's fine."

"It's fine with me." I say

"Yuck, that's disgusting." They all say as soon as the first drop hit their tongue.

"Daddy, mommy, how can you drink that?? It's gross" Delilah ask

"I don't, I can't stand whine. I prefer tequila or whiskey." Daryl answered

"I prefer tequila." I add

"Why aren't you two drinking alcohol. Shane ask pointing towards Lori and myself.

"Because I'm twenty four weeks pregnant." Lori answers.

"I'm also pregnant but I'm about eight and a half weeks along."

"There's a ultrasound machine in the medical care room. I can give you both a ultrasound and make sure the both y'all's baby's are healthy." Dr. Jenner tells us.

"That would be wonderful." I reply.

"Who is going first??"

"I will." Lori says

"Come on back Lori."

"Rick, would you like to come??" Lori ask

"Is it my baby??"

"Why wouldn't it be??"

"Lori, I know you and Shane have been sleeping together since before the world ended. The only question is, is it mine??"

"Rick it's your baby, I swear."

"Okay. Let's go see our baby."

A little bit later Rick and Lori come back smiling ear to ear, "It's healthy and It's a Girl!!" Rick and Lori shout.

"Congratulations." Everyone says.

"Your turn Bella." Dr. Jenner tells me.

"Delilah watch your sister, mommy and I will be back in a few minutes."

"I will daddy."

~A little while later~

Still Bella's Pov

As we walk out of the ultrasound room, Dare and I can't stop smiling.

"They are both healthy."

"They??" Everyone questions.

"It's twins."

"Oh my god, congratulations.
