Mom was sentenced to 5 years in prison. The police have allowed her to stay in the hospital for Adam. I hope he makes it.

John and I are being placed in a new state for some stupid reason. Mom and Adam are at the hospital back home, I won't be Able to see him 'till he's 1 year old.

We had been driving for hours and we just entered Bend Oregon, we still have a ways to go. I don't trust John driving at all, I have my license but he won't let me drive not even a little.

"When are we gonna get there?" I asked John and it took him a little while to respond.

"We'll get there when we get there!" He responded in an angry manner.

I laid on the back seat of the car and played with my thumbs. I was bored out of my skull and I couldn't do anything about it. My plan was to never speak to John again but as you can see that's not working.

"I have to pee" I say Blandly and wait for his response, it takes him awhile seeing as he's drinking a beer right now. I wait patiently, getting annoyed when he doesn't respond quickly.
"Hello! Still here, I asked you a question!!" I say loudly. He looks back at me with anger in his eyes, he takes his beer bottle and throws at my face, leaving a cut on my chin.

"Ow! John that really hurt! And I really have to pee!" I whine. I see his head cock to the side and his hand move to his seatbelt buckle to unlock it. I lay there wide eyed and frightened as to what he's about to do next. I hear a click signifying that he has successfully taken his seatbelt off. He looks back at my sprawled out position and then looks at the road again.

Out of no where he jumps out of his seat and into the back seat where I lay and startles me, he than beings punching my abdomen and then my face. He goes back and forth with punching my abdomen and face until the car goes head on into a semi truck causing John to fly forward and hit the windshield not breaking it. I hit my head on the door and fall to the floor of the car and hit my head, all of my things from the back window come crashing down on top of me, a suitcase hit me on the head knocking me unconscious.
