On a person first day of school how would they reacted? Would they be extremely excited, be extremely nervous, or maybe a little bit of both? Some would say they will have a little bit of both and some will say they will not have any emotion at all, but the real question is how would that person truly feel?

Andrew is now in medical school and he can't believe it's been a year since he last saw his brother and talk to his dad. Andrew got accepted into a medical school to where he has to take a year of college before going to this school, and he have to study every single day.

Andrew is now walking to go to the front office to get his schedule. When he does get there, they greeted him and he said "Hi" to them and walk to the office. They gave him his schedule and the first thing that was on the schedule was the lecture room-31B. Andrew wondered where that could be. He is wondering the halls and trying to find where is it could be when he just gave up and slid down a wall, looking at his schedule.

"Umm...." Andrew said, confused as to where he is supposed to go.

"Oh, you must be the new kid..." Someone told him from behind, which had cause him to jump in midair. "Sorry for scaring you bud. But if you are going to the lecture room, it is first door to the right." She says to him looking into his eyes. Andrew heard what she had said, but what he couldn't get out of his head was why she was wearing a costume. He understands the medical jacket with her name on there, but a costume.... No! He just cannot believe what he saw. He is still standing there like an idiot, just staring and maybe looking like a creep.

"Sorry... Ummm..." Andrew cut myself off before he said something really stupid. "Thanks Ummm..." Andrew said, still stuttering. This girl is really a shocker to him. He just couldn't get over why she is wearing a costume. A costume! For Pete's Sake wear regular clothes.

"Amanda" She says. "Gates." As she said her last name, it caught his attention. Why was she acting so... so dreamy? "What's yours?"

"Andrew H. Jones." Andrew stated, proud of his name.

"I like your name." She told me. No one ever said they liked my name before. "What does the H. stands for." She asked.

"That's something is for me to know and for you to find out." Andrew said, cheery for some reason. "Now, I have a question and please don't take this the wrong way" Andrew added.

"What is it?" She asked.

"Why are you wearing that costume and why were you acting dreamy when saying your last name?" Andrew questioned.

"I am engaged and to answer your first question.... well that's for me to know and for you to find out." She says, smirking at him. And that's when he knew they were going to be really good friends and maybe best friends.

Andrew finally got out of the lecture the professor had given them. To be honest, he lost him when he startedto talk about the heart. He is really not that interested in hearts. He is still confused about the encounter he had with Amanda. He never once in my life had made a friend. When he was in first to third grade, he would just play with Robin and his friends, but he knew—they knew—they weren't truly friends. Amanda.... He can see a friendship blossom. True friends have that person back or would do anything for the other person. A true friend will be there for them through good and bad times. He can see that with Amanda. They could be good friends, but first he has to see where his room is before he for seek a future that may or may not happen. He looks at his room number 47B. He knows that he just need to turn a corner because the number are all in the 30's. When he turned the cornered, he happened to bump a girl there.

"I'm so sorry!" Andrew tell her, apologizing quickly. "Here let me help." He said, after seeing the mysterious girl trying to pick up the mess. He helped her with her books and that is when he could actually look at her. She looked so familiar. She had on her lab coat and he would have read her name, but it was cover with her dark-blond hair. She finally looks up, and she had light brown eyes. That was when everything struck. He just froze.
