It has been six years since Andrew had found out his mom and dad had got a divorce. Ever since they had found that paper, Robin started being very protective of Andrew. Their dad moved to Idaho, while their mom, Robin, and Andrew stayed in Seattle. Henry stills pays for the bills, but every now and then Zola would pay too.

Andrew haven't seen his dad in six years. Andrew talks to him on the phone, but it's not the same and when they do talk it's very awkward. Robin went to Idaho to visit him and he asked Andrew if he wanted to go, but he said no. Andrew wanted to go, to say yes, but instead his voice betrayed him and said no. Andrew guessed he wasn't ready to face his dad. He left their mother and Robin and Andrew once they admitted to them that they had gotten a divorce. The only thing Andrew was glad about was that Robin and he had gotten a puppy out of it. Robin wanted to name our dog, Hayes, but I wanted to name it Ivy. (They found out the dog was a girl.) Andrew had given Robin his list of dog names and he instantly had a liking in Hayes, but Andrew wanted Ivy as the name, but Andrew just let Robin name the dog, Hayes anyway, because that stupid dog didn't even like him anyway. That dog would always go to Robin, but would never come to Andrew. That dog even chewed half of Andrew's fingers off. She bit Andrew every time he would touch or lay a hand on her. Andrew hated that dog.

Andrew is so glad today is graduation day, but at least that dog will be going with Robin. Robin decided to go into acting and Andrew is going to live his dream of being a doctor. Usually people will be glad for graduation day, but Andrew is very angry at his brother. He did the one thing Andrew asked him not to do. He signed him up to be the school Val Victorian and played it off as if he didn't know. He even said, "Bro, I would sign up to you know. If you want me to. I don't mind and it is not like you will get picked anyway." After he said that Andrew screamed at him for what seemed like hours. And here is the shocker. Andrew had gotten picked. Not only did he have to give a speech, the principal thought that since Andrew was so good in school that he could do everything that involves a graduation. Andrew was so mad at Robin, that he had him do everything that had to be done during a graduation. Robin complained during the whole time and Andrew was still furious with him. He tried apologizing to him, but Andrew wouldn't hear it. Andrew knew he may be acting a little childish, but Robin kind of deserved it. A person cannot do something like that without consulting the other person first.

Andrew is sitting in his seat for the graduation. Andrew finally decided to let it go and started to work on his speech. It took him forever, but he thinks he have it down. Andrew is waiting for the principal to call him up for he can give his speech and then get out of there as fast as a race car. Finally, what took like years, the principal had called him up.

"And now the Val Victorian, Andrew Jones!" Andrew heard his name being called.

Andrew got up from his seat and walk up there. (Andrew was sitting in the front row)

Andrew started his speech, "Okay umm.... Truth is, I didn't want to do this, but then, my brother here signs me up and then I had to. I mean look at how many of you are out there." Andrew said. It had caused the crowd to erupt in laughter. Andrew took one huge breath and then he started his speech. "Today is the day we graduate. It is the start of our new and improve lives. We've mastered the hard stuff so far, but now we have to get ready for the even harder events that is going to happen. We have to learn to overcome our fears, even if it's extremely hard. We are now moving on with our lives to something big and great. We even might be nervous about it.We are learning to be mature. We are going to be adults and we have to learn how to be that. We are going to learn how to grow up and not be a child. Today is a big accomplishment. We should celebrate that and always remeber the memories we had at this school. We would always remember the good and bad times, but hopefully the good would overcome the bad. Today is today. We would always reflect back to this day and will be asking "Hey you remember that year." Today is the day we succeed. Today is the day we graduate. Today is a day that will be unforgettable. I should probably have a much longer speech, but I don't. I would like to give thanks to every single parent that is in this room. They push us to succeed in life.  I would also like to thank every single teacher because they taught us the value of education. I would also like to thank my brother and my second family. I will miss you. All of you. Last, but not least, I would like thank the Lord. He had provided for me and help me through the breakthroughs these years. Congratulations to us all! I want to thank you all for coming and celebrating our accomplishment with us. Congratulations! We are the Class of 2023!" Andrew end it. They all accepted their diplomas. Then they proceeded to take off their tassel and threw it in the air. Balloons start to come down and so did confetti.
