Chapter 7

The downside of school is that since Katie is in all honors classes also, I have all classes with her too. Atleast i still had Chase to stop me from doing something i would regret.

First block is my all time favorite class ever! Honors Anatomy. I love learning about the human body, I don't know why though. I have like a 105 in there already. And like always Katie is second. Another reason she hates me. We were shoo-in for Valedictorian and Salutitorian. Since I was first in my grade, she was second, and like always she wouldn't be first.

For once in the whole entire year, she sat beside me. I began to protest when the teacher walked in carrying our assignment for the day. It was easy it was labeling the bones and muscles of the body. When the teacher handed me a paper, I thanked him and looked over at Katie, who was staring at me. Not the 'lost in thought stare' the 'I'm gonna kill stare'.

I got started with my assignment, and got finished in like 15 minutes. My personal best. Yes, i spend my spare time studying, like i said I am a nerd!

Katie got finished in 20. When she came around to sit down in her seat, i told her good job. She glared at me like i did something wrong. What the crap?! I did nothing wrong to this girl. I shook it off and started reading my book for Honors Literature.

About 5 minutes later, I saw a note for me on my desk. I opened it. It said:

Katie: I know your secret.....

I looked around the room, and everyone is still at work so i wrote back:

me: Could you be a little bit more specific?

I gave her back the note, only the hear her chuckle. she wrote back quick.:

Katie: Don't act so innocent. I know EVERYTHING! Everything from your dad to your mom and living with your boyfriend, and your shoulder.... And so help me I will expose you, and have you kicked out of school and off the team.

I gasped as Katie asked to go to the bathroom. Once she was gone, I showed the note to Chase. He wanted me to go to the principal's office i said no cause then i would definately get suspended. He agreed with me and went back to playing with my hair. I didn't know what to do so i bluffed.  When Katie got back i wrote:

Me: You won't do it. You thrive for competition, without me you wouldn't have anyone to beat you at stuff.

Katie: Oh really? I wouldn't be pushing my luck if I were you. I finally have something that could get you kicked off and sent off for good.

Me: Well, I have something on you to. So, if you sell me out, you would be right next in line. So try me. I FREAKING DARE YOU!

Katie: What on Earth would you have on me?!

Me: Thats for me to know, and for you to find out. Good day Katie. Dont worry your secret won't get out unless you spread mine. Thank-you!

I passed it back to her, she read it and crumbled it up. Yep, she was pissed. I heard Chase chuckle beside me, so I am guessing she saw that reaction. I passed her another note.

Me: NEWSFLASH: Obviously slut, I am better than you at pretty much eveything. Stay out of my business and don't start any crap with me and we won't have any problems.

She didn't like the too much. I couldn't help but laugh! It was hilarious. Yeah, it was kinda harsh but she deserved it! Looks like I will have to teach her to back off the hard way. Making her look like an idiot in front of Coach. This is gonna be fun!
