Chapter Four

Bella's POV

I woke up Monday morning to see Alice getting things ready, I peered at the clock and saw it was half pass six. Alice looked over at me and asked, “How did you sleep?” I replied, “Good. Did you sneak in through my window again?” She replied, “Yepp, the front door was locked.” I sat up on the bed and saw Alice had already started digging through my closet looking for something for me to wear. I yawned and said, “I'm going to take a shower.” She replied, “Okay.” I headed down the hall into the bathroom, I made sure the water was nice and warm, before jumping into the shower. My mind had wandered how Edward had touched me and how his lips felt on skin, I couldn't contain the lustful sigh just at the thought of him touching and kissing me.

I sighed once again as I turned the water off, lustful thoughts of Edward just won't disappear from my mind. I wrapped the towel around myself and walked back to my room, Alice was still looking for a top or blouse. I quickly slipped on my under-garments and waited for Alice to choose a top. She commented, “I need to take you shopping sometime.” When she wasn't looking I rolled my eyes at her. A few seconds later, she chose my favorite blue top and a pair of designer blue jeans. I quickly got dressed within a few minutes, then Alice had me sit on the edge of my bed and began to apply make-up to my face. Within a minute my face was bruise-less, which I was thankful for. I said, “Thank you so much Alice, I really appreciate it.” She replied, “Your welcome Bella.”

I headed down the stairs and into the kitchen to make myself some fried eggs and bacon, which made my mouth water. Twenty minutes later everything was done, I turned the stove off and placed the fried eggs and bacon on my plate. Out of the corner of my eye I saw Alice walking into the kitchen with her make-up bag in hand. She sat down at the other side of the table across from me, she watched me while I ate. Ten minutes later I finished my breakfast, I walked over to the sink and washed the dishes, then I placed them in the rack to dry. I let out a sigh, Alice stood up and said, “I'm going to head to school, I'll see you later.” Before I could even say one word, she left through the front door and took off in her yellow Porsche.

I slowly head up the stairs to my room to grab my backpack, then I slowly head downstairs with caution, so I don't fall flat on my face. I quickly head into the kitchen and take my Xanax, before grabbing my keys and heading out of the door. I quickly locked the door and headed over to my truck, after I buckled my seat-belt I slowly backed out of the driveway.

Seven minutes later, I arrived at the school parking lot and parked next to Edward's Volvo. He was standing just outside his car, when he caught the sight of me he smiled at me. I turned the truck off and quickly got out of it. I said, “Good morning Edward.” He replied, “Good morning my Bella.” I could hear Alice giggle a few spots away, Edward turned to glare at her. Edward turned to look at me and said, “How's your face?” I replied, “Still hurts, the damn volleyball left a bruise.” He asked, “Did the pixie girl come over this morning to put make-up on you?” I glance over at Alice and saw her glaring at him, which caused me to laugh. I replied, “Yes she did, I think she enjoyed it too much.” With that Alice sent a death glare in my direction, which only made me laugh again.

Before walking away I said, “See you in Biology Edward.” I heard him say, “See you later Bella,” when I was walking away. The sound of his voice made me shiver in pleasure, just the sound of his voice drove me wild. I was going to have to keep my emotions on the down low or Jasper might end up dragging Alice out of the class at the end of the hour again. I seemed to be able to focus in my classes for the most part, I wondered if it was my own doing, but Jasper wasn't in any of my classes until sixth hour.

The bell rang, meaning I had ten minutes to get to Art, which Alice and I had together. Alice looked up at me as I walked into the classroom, I took my seat next to her. A few minutes later, Alice whispered in my ear, “I saw the ending of what will happen tomorrow, he will save you.” I whispered back, “I told you so.” She rolled her eyes at me, before facing the front of the class.
