On 30 July 1891, at the age of 35, Nikola and I, age of 30, became naturalized citizens of the United States.
Later Nikola setup his South Fifth Avenue laboratory, and later another at 46 East Houston Street, in New York.
He lit electric lamps wirelessly at both those locations. He wanted to demonstrate to all the potential of the transmission of wireless power.
In the same year, he patented the "Tesla coil".
Nikola was now ready to electrify the world.
What I loved so much about my husband, he was never interested in fame, credit, recognition, rather a childlike thrill of creation, invention and discovery.
Mr. Westinghouse was such a believer in my Nikola. A believer in what he already accomplished and his potential too.
He offered Nikola such royalties that Nikola would become the world's first billionaire.
He signed a contract with dear Mr. Westinghouse.
We thought back to where we began. Those thoughts were overwhelming to us. They humbled us. We never want to forget.
