I received such disturbing news. One night Nikola left the Hotel New Yorker to take his usual walk to the cathedral and the library as he loved to feed the pigeons.
While crossing a street a couple of blocks from the hotel he was thrown to the ground by a vehicle.
His back had been severely wrenched and three of his ribs were broken in the accident.
He refused to see a doctor therefore the full extent of his injuries were never known.
He never went to the doctor his whole life.
Nikola was bedridden for some months.
My concerns for his well-being continued to mount.
