Me and Kasey decided to watch a movie together. I suggested we watch a funny movie to get our mind off of this. She has Netflix on her TV. I've never heard of this before, but now that I know about it, I need my dad to get me this.
She saw the movie Mean Girls and definitely wanted to watch it. That's her favorite movie, I think. What girl wouldn't have that as their favorite movie?
I decided to watch the whole movie with her, laying down next to her. She had her head on my chest, so I put my arm around her, comforting her. I wanted to give her as much comfort as I could.
After the movie was over, she sat up and kissed me on the cheek.
"I love you so much, you're the best boyfriend ever, I just wish I could marry you. I'm going to die and I'm not even going to finish high school," she told me with a tear coming out.
I wiped that tear away.
"Don't say you're going to die, but even if you do, that I'll ruin me, but you'll still be in my heart the rest of my life. I will always love you," I told her.
She had another tear come out. I think it was a tear of joy.
Kasey just looked at me with a huge smile and kissed me on the lips. I love kissing Kasey, it makes me tingle inside. It makes me feel like I'm the luckiest person alive.
She pulled away and started looking at my cast. People had signed it at school. All the signatures filled up my cast, but I wanted to save a spot, so there was a empty spot on the front.
"Do you have a sharpie in your backpack?" She asked.
"Yeah, I saved a spot for you to sign! I didn't want you to miss signing my cast," I told her, chuckling a little.
I opened my backpack, pulled out a sharpie from my binder and gave it to her. She put her prettiest signature. It looked very professional. I wish I could keep the cast, so I could keep that beautiful signature.
After she signed it, she gave me the sharpie, and she just sat there looking at my cast.
"You should go home and do your homework, if you have any," she told me after a little silence.
"Are you kidding me, I don't want to leave yet. All I want to do is stay here with you," I replied, "Here, let me text him on my new phone."
I pulled my phone out of my pocket.
"You got a new phone!" She said.
"Yup, I got it for my birthday today," I replied.
"Oh my gosh, I forgot it's your birthday!" She said, sounding like she hates herself for forgetting.
I didn't really care if she forgot. I mean, she just told me she has cancer. It's alright if she forgot.
"Don't worry about it, you just told me you have lung cancer," I clarified, as I was texting my dad I might get home a little late. I also texted I'm at Kasey's house.
"I know, but I still think I should've remembered," she told me with a serious face.
I put my hand on her face.
"I said don't worry about it," I declared, looking her in her beautiful, hazel eyes. I could look at them all day.
"You know you make me feel happy all the time," she admitted.
"That's what a boyfriend is for," I said with a smirk.
She grabbed my phone.
"Here let me put my number in your phone," she said. She was smiling too.
Her teeth are so perfect. It looks like she had braces when she was younger. They are completely straight and perfect.
I always notice the small things. I love looking at me girlfriend and saying in my head, she's mine and will always be.
She handed me my phone.
"Now we can FaceTime whenever you feel like it. And I will definitely answer every time because I love you," she said, giving me a hug.
I put my phone in my pocket and just sat there comforting Kasey more.
