Chapter 5: Sweet Dreams or Beautiful Nightmare?

When I got home, I couldn't even sleep. I was lying in bed thinking about the kiss. It made me feel some type of emotion that I've never felt before. He made something inside my body just come alive. I was also mad because how can he just kiss me like it was something real and bad at the same time. I just decided next time if he was going to make a move, I was going to freeze him or just move him out the way.

The next day Kia and I decided to stroll around town and have a day off. We had went into our favorite coffee shop. We both order a vanilla latte with blueberry muffins. We went and sat in a booth by a window.

"So are you going to tell me what happened yesterday", Kia said.

"Nothing much. I told their pack. Oh and we also met some guy name Kaldir -"

"WHAT?! I can't believe you met Kaldir. What was he doing there?"

"He said he knew my father and of the upcoming battle that was going to happen. He said he's going to help us prepare for it."

"I don't know. He's a greek and they are known for their tricky ways. I heard stories from battles where he tricked allies into enemies and things of that nature. I'm going to have to keep an eye on him especially since this is the biggest battle of the world"

"I mean he seems genuine enough. I don't know we'll see though"

After a while, we were just talking, laughing, and just having a good time. Then I see Angelo, Lucca, and Raphael enter the cafe. Angelo looked really pissed for some reason.

"What are you doing here with him and who is he?", Angelo said. I looked up at him like he was crazy.

"How you going to come up in here demanding answers. It's none of your business, so you can leave now. Bye"

"It is my business because you are mate". He shouted those word out and everyone in the cafe was just staring.

"Don't act like you claim me because you don't and again like I said it's none of your business".

Raphael said, "Angelo come on lets just leave. I mean she does't want to be bothered and people are staring".

"Yeah Raphie is right. We don't need to make a big scene out of nothing. So just come on."

"Alright fine I will leave but I will find out who he is."

"Yeah whatever just get out and leave", I said.

As they turned around to leave, some lady who was very beautiful came in.

"Angelo? Oh my god, it's been so long". She came running up to him and gave him a hug. For a second there, I wanted to get up and slap her across the face. But then I realize, what the hell I'm even thinking about, I don't even like him.

"Hey Raphie and Lucca. how have you guys been? It's been a while". They all looked at her like she was crazy. Angelo left without saying a word to her.

"What's wrong with Angelo?"

Lucca said, "Ugh Victoria what are you doing back in town and why are you here".

"Don't worry you guys tonight my parents and I are going to be visiting Angelo parents for dinner. I'll explain everything then." She left and then Raphie and Lucca left as well.

"Well that was interesting to watch", Kia said. He started laughing.

"That ain't funny. He got the nerve to come up in here acting like he own me or something demanding for answers". We got up and left to head home.
