Chapter 13: Shexmar Message

...!!! Zoryna POV !!!...

I looked up into the sky, and it was so dark. The only thing that was visible was the blood moon illuminating the surroundings around us. It was the day of the battle. I saw everyone around from every mythical being known fighting off the demons. I turned and saw Shexmar in front of me. It was time for me to face my fears and defeat him once and for all. I went up to him and drew my sword up. We were fighting each other. I thought I had the upper hand until he took me by the neck and flew up all the way up into the sky. He took his hand, and it went into my chest. I was in so much pain. The words he said chilled me to the bones. He gave this bone chilling creepy type of laugh.

"You can never defeat me Zoryna. I'm the one in control here. See you in hell". He forcefully took my heart out of my chest. Then pushed me down to my death.

"AAAAAAAAHHHHHH".

"-ryna, Zoryna wake up here. I'm here love". I jumped up from Angelo shaking me. My body was on fire, and I was sweating. I got up from the bed and ran to the bathroom. I went and threw up into the toilet. After I was finishing, I was sitting near the toilet thinking about the dream. A few tears even dropped down my cheeks.

Angelo came up next to me. "Babe are you ok?"

He tried to touch me, but I flinched away. I got up and brushed my teeth. I changed my clothes, took my bag, and decided to leave the pack house. Everyone was downstairs eating breakfast. I was in the living room putting my shoes on.

"Babe, please don't be so cold. What happened?". I sighed and still didn't looked up at him. I left the front door without saying anything or looking back. I knew I shouldn't have done that, but that dream felt so real. It made me even more scared. I got in the car and drove back to my cabin.

I went in the living room and saw Kia sitting on the couch, drinking his coffee. I went and sat next to him.

"Hey Z. Are you okay?. You look a little pale". I started breaking down crying on the couch. He put his arms around and started rocking me back and forth. I calmed down after a little while.

"Thanks Kia, I needed that".

"You're Welcome. So what happened?". I was silent for a little bit.

"Well this morning, I had a dream about Shexmar and the battle. I was fighting him but he defeated me. He even took my heart out of my chest. He said that I can never defeat him, he was in control, and he was going to see me in hell".

"I mean I was so scared. I even threw up. Angelo was trying to comfort me, but I didn't let him. I just left the house without saying anything".

"Oh Zoryna, that was just a dream. I know you're scared because the lunar eclipse is coming up very soon. You don't need to worry so much. Everyone knows you are going to defeat him. For the Angelo thing, maybe you should've told him and not shut him out like last time".

"I'm so scared Kia. I'm so afraid for my dream to come true and then Shexmar taking over because I couldn't do what I was suppose to do. I know I shouldn't have walked away from Angelo. I just felt like I needed to leave for some reason". I got up from the couch.

"Well I'm going to the backyard to practise on my own". I went upstairs and changed. I went to the backyard in the fighting area where all the dummies were placed. I went and saw the sword in a box where I place a magical barrier around it so no one can get it. I took the sword. I haven't used it in a while.

I started fighting with it and practicing my skills with the sword. After a couple of hours, I was all sweaty and breathing hard from training hard. Kia came in the backyard.
