The days flew by fast and the next thing I know, tomorrow's the interview. I'm a little nervous due to the fact that this is my first time in Swedish television and I hardly know any Swedish words, well except for "Godnatt" which means goodnight but I doubt that's going to be useful in the interview. They've been teaching me a couple of words actually, but none of them entered my brain.
"Come on! 30 seconds to go." Erik, my temporary trainer, said as we did high knees.
Closing my eyes, I pushed myself more and pursed my lips. We've been doing this for the past ten minuets now. By "we", I meant the boys and I. It was just suppose to be me but since they have nothing to do, they wanted to tag along. I'm pretty sure they regret it now.
"I can't do this!" Omar said as he fell to the ground, panting.
Erik chuckled and made his way over to him as he help him get to his feet which ended up in him dragging him to the side, saying that his legs were too tired to cooperate. The second Erik turns his back on him, he sat up and smiled at us while giving us a thumbs up. Laughing, I shook my head and looked at the others. Oscar looks like he's going to pass out any moment with the way his eyebrows and all scrunched up. Felix has his mouth opening and closing which made me chuckle while Olly looks so concentrated as he bit his lip.
"And time!"
Oh thank God! Panting, I put my hands on my hips as I walked around trying to catch my breath. Closing my eyes, I tilted my head back breathing in and out. A trick I learned when I was younger. Somehow, it's easier to stable your breathing when you do that.
"Do you wanna take 5 or carry on?" Erik asked.
Looking at the boys, they looked dead beat. They're not athletes so I'm pretty sure that they're not used to the drills I go through. I laughed as Oscar ran and drank his full water bottle that was now empty and laid down on the grass.
"Guess that means you'll take five." Erik chuckled and went to sit on the bench.
"How are you not dying?" Oscar said, still out of breath.
Smiling, I answered his question with a shrug.
"She's an athlete, remember?"
Turning around, Olly stood behind me shirtless wiping his sweat. I have to admit, he has one fine body. Tearing my eyes away from his body, I looked at face.
"Like what you see?" He smirked.
Taking a step back, I said, "I've seen better."
I walked around him and sat next to Omar.
"Ooooh bro, burn!" Felix laughed.
...
"Okay, so I'm going to be putting you in pairs for this exercise." Erik said, pacing back and forth.
When he said that, Felix immediately hugged Oscar as he squished their faces together. Guess they're going to be a pair. Looking at Omar, I was about to ask him to be my pair but he shook his head.
"Uh-uh. I'm sitting this one out." He said before laying down on the ground.
Great.
"Looks like we're pairs."
Turning around, Olly smiled at me which I returned with a shrug.
"Now that you've got your pairs, Felix and Oscar-" Erik started but was cut off.
"Foscar!" The two said as they put their hands on their hips.
"Right." Erik chuckled. "Foscar, you two stand over there and Tyvvah and Olly-"
"Tylly!" This time, Omar was the one who cut him off with a huge smile.
"What?" I laughed at him.
"Tylly. Tyvvah and Olly." He said as if it was the most obvious thing in the world.
"Duh, your ship name." He rolled his eyes.
"Don't you mean team name?" I raised a brow at him. He just shrugged and smiled widely.
"Okay, so Foscar stay over their two meters apart from each other and Tylly over there, two meters apart." Erik instructed as we went to our places.
"I'll be putting a band around each pair," he said as he handed Olly and Oscar a long band. "and what you'll be doing is you'll both be walking backwards, pulling the band. The first pair who stumbles, loses."
Okay, so basically, this is to test our strength and stability. This'll be easy. Looking at Olly, he put the band around his waist before walking towards me and doing the same. His hands though lingered on my waist a little bit longer, all the while staring at me. Clearing my throat, I took a step back making his hands fall.
"Okay, on three."
Looking at Olly, he smiled at me while I nodded my head.
"One. Two. Three!"
I took three steps backwards and Olly did the same, slowly stretching the band. Inch by inch, we were slowly stretching the band. I don't know what happened next though because the next thing I knew, I was now flung towards Olly so fast that I didn't have time to react.
Ouch
Opening my eyes, Olly had his eyes closed as he groaned before putting a hand on his head. Wait, he's shirtless, and I'm laying on top of him. Why do I feel uncomfortable? It's not like this never happened before. Oh right, because it hasn't!
Turning to look at him again, he raised his to look a me. Our faces just inches apart and I swear I could feel his breath.
Why the heck is my heart beating so fast?
Get a hold of yourself, Tyvvah!
What the heck is wrong with me?
"Oh my gosh! Tyvvah, are you okay?" Erik rushed towards us and helped me up.
"You okay, bro?" Felix asked, pulling Olly up by his hand.
"What happened?" Erik asked, checking me for any injuries.
Check my heart, something's wrong with it.
"I don't know, she just flew towards me." Olly rubbed his head.
Pulling my arm away from Erik, I turned my back and walked towards the benches.
"You okay?" Omar asked when I got near him.
"Yeah." I said softly.
What the heck just happened back there? Maybe it was just because he was shirtless? But I've been around guys shirtless before.
Why the fudge does this faze me?
