Sophia's POV

August 23, the first day of my new school. I'm excited and terrified, hopefully it will be quick and easy. I hope to make some girl friends. Now I love the boys, they're great, but sometimes I need some girl time.

I just got out of the shower. I plan on having my natural hair and a cute but simple out fit. I pulled out a black skater skirt and a black crop top with little flowers all over it and a cream colored long sleeve cardigan. (outfit above.. The hair looks similar to it too)

After I got dressed I did a simple make up look. Just mascara, small cat winged eyeliner, and eye shadow.

I picked up my phone and called Austin.

"Yes?" He still had a sleepy voice.

"When will you be leaving to come pick me up?"

"I will be leaving at 7. That should give us plenty of time to get to school."

"Okay.. Well I'm basically ready so if you are we can go out for breakfast or something."

"Soph, I literally just woke up."

"Oh, I'm sorry. Well now you can get ready because it still takes you forever." I giggled a little, I made him a bit mad.. He likes to sleep in as much as possible.

"Goodbye, Sophia."

"Toodles." He is really grumpy in the morning.

It is currently third period, which is math. I really hate math, I suck at it. The teacher was talking about herself, Mrs.Brown. I started spacing out thinking about nothing in particular. Then bell finally rang making everyone rush to grab their back packs and leave.

A girl spoke up, "Excuse me."

I turned to face her, "Yes?"

"I just wanted to say I love your outfit. Also I noticed that you were new here."

"Thank you! And yes, I just came from New York."

"Wow far move! Well I'll see you tomorrow."

I kept walking as she met up with her friends. I had to go find Austin, He said he would meet me over at the end of the hall because we have the next class together and then lunch.

I stood waiting for about a minute and he finally showed up. We quickly went to the next class and sat down.

"So, Soph, how's the first day going?"

"Pretty good. Some girl complimented my outfit. She is in my math class but I don't know her name yet."

"Well you do look fantastic today." Austin spoke as he pulled out his pencil.

"Thank you, for the 20th time."

The rest of the day went by pretty fast. The last bell rang and I had to go to Austin's car. The boys were coming over my house to hang out.

Next thing I knew it was 10 o'clock and I still had to fill out the information papers. I filled them out and signed all the lines that needed to be signed. It is a good thing my dad came home early today, he has some things to do too.
