Rayina Holdenheart and Denvir Fray went easily to the Capital City of the Kingdom of the Dwarves, Qizi, by utilizing the enchanted portal in Crystaliron that provided instantaneous travel to Fiedith and the Kingdom of the Dwarves, Zimar.

Rayina and Denvir were friends of Richard. They all met when they first joined the Order, 15 years ago.

At the portal in the outskirts of Qizi, it glowed bright, signaling the arrival of someone from the other side of the portal, in Crystaliron. The portal always has guards, should anyone but Man and Elf travel through it.

At last, Rayina and Denvir emerged from the portal.

"At last, we are here," Denvir said to Rayina.

"Yes," Rayina said to Denvir. "I hope Richard comes back safely."

"He will, Rayina. He's frickin' Richard. Nothing can destroy him," Denvir said, chuckling at what he said.

"Well, I guess you're right," Rayina smiled at that.

One of the Dwarven guards around them asked them, "Who are you?"

Rayina stood forward and said, "My name is Rayina Holdenheart, and my companion is Denvir Fray. We are from the Order of the Wizards, sent by our leaders to send a message to your King."

"Very well," the guard said. "I am Gurthreid Axeman, one of the captains of the Dwarven Guard. One of my comrades and I will accompany you to the city."

"Thank you, Sir Gurthreid. We appreciate it," Denvir said.

They began their ascent to the Capital City under the mountains.

They walked to the direction toward Qizi.

"This place is marvelous," Rayina said. She looked upon the buildings and towers gathered before them.

"Yes," Gurthreid said. "These are part of the defenses of the Capital, should enemies come."

They were nearing the entrance to the city.

The entrance to Qizi was an enormous gate. Larger than the gates of Crystaliron or any other city Men or Elves has.

The gates opened before them.

"Proceed," Gurthreid said.

Rayina and Denvir walked first, followed by Sir Gurthreid and his comrade.

"Wow," Denvir said.

The famed pillars of Qizi were all before them now. They are a lot of people in the city.

Once they have entered the city, Rayina and Denvir felt something missing from them.

Rayina was the first to figure it out. Her magic is missing.

"What is happening to us?" she asked Gurthreid. "My magic is gone."

"The city contains powerful stones placed everywhere to disable magic," Gurthreid replied. "It is another defensive measure here. But do not worry. Once you exit the city, your magic will return," he reassured the two.

Rayina's mind was lightened.

Sir Gurthreid and his comrade were in front of them now, leading them to King Ikzmir.

Denvir, who was walking beside Rayina, was flicking his hand to see if his magic is still working. Sadly, nothing happened.

Rayina herself wasn't defenseless. She has a battle dagger underneath her sleeves. Before she was initiated into the Order, she was under physical training. Her specialty armament is the dagger. She knows every move with the dagger. She is a death machine with a dagger.
