Luke POV
I watch silently as Calum comes storming out. He looks like he's been crying. I'm not sure I'm ready to face her since everyone who's left the room comes out in tears. I take a deep breath to calm my nerves before going towards her room. I just need her to wake up.

I open the door and stand there shocked and very awkward. I wasn't expecting her to be awake, let alone sitting up and looking at me like I have all the answers. She watched my every move as I realize how ridiculous I'm being. She's the girl I'm in love with, not some crazy stranger. I stroll across the room so I'm sitting next to her. I instantly grab her hand and she offers me a weak smile. "How are you feeling babe?" I ask softly.

"Like I've been hit by a truck." She mumbles. I can tell she's trying to lighten the mood, but it wasn't working. I frown.

"You had me really worried. I thought-"

"But I'm right here. I'll always be right here." She whispers smiling. "You're my knight in shining armor." She says giggling. I'm so confused. She literally hated everything about me less than 24 hours ago and now she acts like I saved her myself.

"Not that I want you to hate me, but what made you change your mind?" I ask curiously. She shrugs and squeezes my hand. If she's willing to forgive me then I'm not gonna question it. The faster she forgives me the faster we can move on, which means the faster I get to actually be her boyfriend. I squeeze her hand back. "Are you in a lot of pain?"

"I'm alright for now. I really don't want to fall asleep again."She says.

"I don't want you to be in pain."

"I'd be a lot better if you cuddled with me." She says smiling. I look hesitant knowing the bed isn't very big. She nods and tugs on my hand. I give in and climb into the bed careful not to hurt her. I lay down and pull her to my chest. "You're so warm." She mumbles. I laugh slightly, loving the way she's clinging to me.

"Get some rest babe." I encourage, but her stubborn ass shakes her head. I know either way she'll be asleep again in less than 45 minutes.

"It all happened so fast." She whispers so quietly that I barely heard her. "The bright lights and then a flash of pain and then nothing. I think I woke up briefly in the ambulance, or maybe it was the emergency room. I remember bright lights and a bunch of people talking. I couldn't tell if they were talking to me, but I didn't care. I only felt the sharp pain. It was everywhere. I passed out after that. I heard Michael talk to me, well bits and pieces. All I recall is him saying how sorry he was, but I don't know why he's sorry. I was so scared that I wasn't going to wake up." I can feel a few tears soak through my shirt and I gently rub her back. I let her continue not wanting to push her. "After you kissed me I woke up which sounds cliche, but I did. I miss you Luke. I mean yeah sure what happened really hurt, but I still love you Luke. I don't want to lose you. I was so afraid that I'd die with you thinking I hated you." She says and I can tell she's getting chocked up. I can feel the lump in my throat because almost losing her was something I never want to go through again. I kiss her forehead and hug her closer.

"I love you so much Camari and I'm never going anywhere. I don't know why you still love me because I don't deserve you, but I'm too selfish to let you go. I know I was an ass, especially when I kept saying you were my girlfriend even though clearly you weren't. I couldn't admit to myself that I had lost you because in all honesty I don't know how I'd survive. You're my whole world Cami and I know I fucked up but please let me fix this. Let me fix us." I whisper. I can't lose her and I'll do whatever it takes to make us work again. My mind races back to the part where she told me she loved me,and then I realize I never kissed her. I look down and she that she's fast asleep. Even though my blood is pumping and I can hear my heart beating, she still looks so adorable curled into my chest. I get up slowly so I don't disturb her. I stand up and make sure she doesn't wake up before leaving the room.

I look around and didn't see the boys. If they left me here I swear to god.

"Your friends are in the lobby waiting for you." I look up and see the nurse from earlier. I nod my head to show my appreciation and jog down the steps to the lobby. I walk out and don't see them. I pull out my keys from my pocket and head towards my car. I started to walk across the street when someone grabbed my arm and pulled me back at the same time a car sped past and honked their obnoxious horn.

"Are you trying to get yourself killed?!" I turn and glare at Calum.

"You'd like that wouldn't you?" I snap.

"What's that supposed to mean?" He says definsivly.

"If I wasn't around then you could have Cami all to yourself. Don't play dumb! I know you kissed her. How could you kiss her Calum? You knew I was trying to make it right." I say slightly hurt. I knew he was a dick, but I didn't think he'd go that far.

"It doesn't matter. She woke up and the first thing she said was your name. So congrats on being right Luke. It'll always be you. You could do anything to her no matter how awful and she'll still love you. Just please, as her friend, don't ruin her. Don't take advantage of her anymore than you already have, because you already don't deserve her. The worst part is knowing that she's too in love with you to notice." He says. I stare at him speechless. I have no idea how to respond. He sighs and runs his fingers through his greasy hair. He looks a mess, just like everyone else. He shakes his head and looks at Ashton and Michael, who've been watching us intently through this whole thing. I watch as Calum tucks his hands into the front pocket of jeans and walks off.
