It's been a whole month since Dame left and I miss him so much. My emotions are all over the place, and school is a riot.

I told Sophie and Danielle about my pregnancy. As usual, they where shocked by it. They asked me why I'd waited so long to tell them, I said that I just needed time myself to adjust to the fact that I'm going to have children.

Then eventually, Savannah overheard our conversation about baby names and spread it throughout the whole school that I'm pregnant. That's exactly what I need right now! To make matters even worse, Savannah told everyone that Dame ran away to London, because he never really loved me and didn't want me to be pregnant with his child.

That was the night I got home from school, I cried into my mums shoulder. She told me there was no point in letting the bullies get to be, and that I should dry my tears and be strong through it all.

The next day in school, everyone was staring at my ever growing bump and whispering, however I kept my head high and ignored the stares I was getting from everyone. The teachers included.

Whilst on the phone with Dame the other night, we decided that we will can it James if it's a boy and Amber if it's a girl. I'm still unsure on the middle names, I'll probably choose them closer to my due date.

"Asia," my midwife calls out through a set of big wooden doors with a smile on her face.

I stand up on my shaky legs and let out a sigh. My Mother grips my hand, and squeezes it comfortingly.

I'm now 5 months pregnant, so it means my second scan. If I'm honest I'm really nervous for it, because I'm worried that the scan may show up some major health issue. I'm also a bit excited, as I could find out the gender of the baby.

Dame and I didn't decide whether or not I should find out the gender of the baby, he said to choose what feels right at the time.

The midwife asks me to lie down on the bed and asks me questions like, how is your body feeling, health and lifestyle questions.

She then asks me to roll up my top and applies some cold jelly stuff to my stomach and places a scanning machine on top. My Mother gasps and so does the midwife. I turn to look at the screen but only see fuzziness, as if the TV has lost connection.

"Asia," the midwife begins. "It seems that we have discovered the problem to your stomach growing so rapidly."

I look at her and frown.

"You seem to be carrying twins."

I look at the screen again and see it more properly. There are 2 grey blobs curled up together happily.

Tears spill down my cheeks.

"Oh boy, here come the waterworks," my Mum says, laughing to the Midwife.

I smile at my Mum's reaction to such a joyful moment for me.

The tears are of happiness and terror all merged into one. It's weird, but seeing the ultrasound makes my heart swell with love. I haven't even met my babies yet, and I feel myself loving them already.

"Would you like to find out the sex of the babies?" Asks the midwife.

I look at my Mother frowning.

"It's you choice sweetie," she smiles. "But I'd personaly wait, I love suspence even if it is killing me. Like at Christmas."

I laugh. I understand what she means.

"I'd like to wait," I tell the midwife with smile.

"If you're sure," she says. "You can always come back if you want to know."

I thank her as I collect my 2 copies of the ultrasound picture, one for me the other for Dame. My Mum and I drive to the supermarket to get something for dinner.

When we get home, the first thing I do is run upstairs to my phone and call Dame's mobile.

Typical. I huff inside my head when voicemail comes through, he must have his phone switched off. I then call his house number. His Mum answers.

"Hello Asia, gosh I haven't heard from you in a while, how's the baby?"

Dame's Mum is a short, quite chubby lady with greying brown hair and a big grin. She was always so welcoming to me whenever I came to visit, she was kind of like a close friend.

"Hi Mrs Settle, yes the baby's fine. I actually found out today that I'm having twins."

"No way! That's amazing Asia I'm so excited." She exclaims.

I smile at her reaction. "I was just wondering if Dame was in, I'd like to tell him the news."

"Yes of course, I'll just call for him now."

I heard some shuffling then a loud shout.

"DAME, ASIA'S ON THE PHONE FOR YOU SO YOU BETTER GET YOUR ASS DOWN HERE QUICKLY OR I'LL TAKE THE CONTROLLER FOR YOUR XBOX!" I couldn't help but laugh a little.

"Coming," I could hear the faraway voice of Dame. "Hello, this is Mr Sexy, looking forward to the news of your scan that was due today."

I laugh again. "Well hello there Mr Sexy, the scan was fine. Actually, I have some news for you about it."

"Really? What?"

Silence.

"Come on Asia, the suspense is killing me."

Silence.

"Asia? Are you even still there?"

"It's twins." I blurt out.

"How?" Dame asks, and I could tell he was picking up the picture from the 1st scan.

"They must have not noticed," I shrug.

"Did you ask for the gender?"

"No, I didn't want to find out."

There was a long silence, and I could hear that Dame was flicking about the ultrasound picture in his hand.

"Ok, so I'll call you tomorrow?" I ask.

"Yeah that's fine, love you Asia."

I smile, "love you too."

I hang up and sigh. He didn't seem that interested as he usually is, and I forgot to ask about why his phone was off.

"Dinner!" Mum calls from downstairs.

I pat my stomach, thinking about a slice of cheesy pizza melting on my tongue. I can feel the twins get excited to as I make my way to have my food.
