The Beginning of Forever

I was pulling out of Mr. Fujioka's driveway after picking up the boys. It has been about three weeks since he has volunteered to watch the boys for me, and it has been a big help. Although, I'm still very suspicious over what he meant by Kyo talking about me.

We pulled up to the house and I told the boys to go start taking their showers and I would make dinner. I started frying meat for hamburgers and made fries as a side dish. I had the radio on while I cooked and heard (fav song) come on, so since the boys weren't in the room, I danced. And sang. And looked like a fool.

I heard snickering about half way through and noticed the boys were standing in the doorway. I could've sworn I sweat-dropped and felt my cheeks heat up a bit. "How long have you six been standing there?"

"Long enough to hear Mamachii's beautiful voice!" Ryouta was smiling as some of the others (minus Tetsuya) were laughing and snickering.

"Whatever. Have you six showered yet?" They nodded and I told them to sit down as I brought their food over. "Eat and go to bed. You have a big day tomorrow."

"What's tomorrow," Daiki asked with a mouth full of food.

"Daiki, what did I tell you about talking with your mouth full?"

"Not to," he said after he swallowed.

"Good boy. Back on the topic, tomorrow I'm taking you guys to the park. I want to see if there are any activities you like to play."

"Hai," they said before finishing their food and going off to bed. Well, all except Daiki.

"What's wrong Daiki?"

"I'm sorry I talked with my mouth full again."

"Hey. It's alright. People forget things every once and a while. It's fine."

"Do you need any help cleaning up?"

"Well, I could use someone to help me dry the dishes. What do you say?"

"Can I sit on the counter?"

"Sure." He nodded before I picked him up and set him on the counter. As I washed the dishes, he dried them and put them to the side. Within ten minutes, we were done and I started putting them away.

I heard a yawn as I was finishing and saw Daiki rubbing his tired eyes. I chuckled a bit before picking him up and carrying him to the bedroom where everyone else was asleep. I put him into bed and kissed his forehead before walking to the doorway. I looked at them all once more before walking to my own room and getting ready for bed.

We were parking in a nearby spot at the park and I got the boys out of the car before we started walking along the path. I was walking behind the boys when another kid came up to Kise and took out the hair tie he was wearing before running away.

"Hey!" Aomine and Atsushi started chasing after the kid which made the others run after him and me have to run after them all. The boys chased him to the basketball courts before Daiki tackled the boy and got the hair tie back for Ryouta. I ran up to my boys and scolded them all for both running away and possibly hitting the boy.

"But Mom, they stole his-"

"I have another one in my bag boys." I said cutting Seijuro off and putting Ryouta's hair back up.

"(Y/n)?" I looked up and saw a familiar face coming my way with a giant smile.

"Kyo?"

"Hey. What are you guys doing here?"

"Trying to find something the boys like to do. You?"

"Just playing a round of basketball with my old high school buddies."

"Oh yeah. You played for your school team. I always forget that."

"Hey, maybe the boys would like basketball. I can help teach them if you want."

"If have to see if they'd like to try, but sure. That would be amazing. Thank you."
