A/N – Sorry for such late updating I was out at my cousins for the weekend I didn’t bother to bring my laptop because her internet never works (which it didn’t). I left a day earlier though so I can finally update :) I’m not really happy with this chapter but I don’t want to keep you guys waiting. Enjoy xo

I couldn’t deny that I was excited to have the house all to myself tonight. My parents were going on some getaway for the night at some hotel a few hours out of town. I hadn’t had time for myself since the accident, being at the hospital 24/7 and all. Though I had to admit my hospital visits were becoming less and less frequent. I wasn’t there all the time any more, only when I was bored or if I passed by and decided I should probably stop by. The doctors told me that they didn’t expect him to wake up for a while and that they would contact me when he did. That made me feel a lot better about not being there all the time. Ty & I had also gotten a lot closer. We weren’t exactly boyfriend and girlfriend but we were definitely more than friends. I felt guilty in the beginning but I know that Aaron would want me to be happy and live my life the way I did before. If I were in Aaron’s position I would want him to move on to. My phone buzzed pulling me back into the real world. “Hey beautiful.” Speak of the devil. “Hey cutie ;)” I typed back. Within a matter of seconds he typed back. “Can’t wait to see you tonight!!” I smiled. I couldn’t wait to see him either. Because of my parents going out of town I invited Ty, Sara and her new boyfriend Brad over. Brad was a nice guy, typical jock and all. He and Aaron were sort of friends. “Ashley. Ok here are the rules. “My mom started. Oh god. Here we go. I thought to myself. “No parties, no boys, no alcohol, and we will be calling every 4 hours.” I nodded my head as she spoke so she would think I was listening. I was already breaking two of those rules. Ty and Brad were coming and Sara likes to drink. I wasn’t a party girl so at least I was respecting one of the rules. “I don’t like parties, my boyfriends in a coma and I’m broke so no worries about alcohol.” I said with a smirk. “I’m serious.” She said. “Dear, she’s fine. Let’s go.” My dad chimed in. “Ok. Love you.” She came over and kissed my forehead, following by my dad. “We’ll see you tomorrow around dinner time” My dad said. “See you sweetheart!” My mom called as they headed out the door. I nodded my head and waved. Let the fun begin.

The door bell rung as Sara was pouring me a drink. “I’ll get that.” I said stepping away from the breakfast bar in the kitchen. “Hey!” as I opened the door. “Hey baby.” He said. He pushed my hair from out of my face and kissed me. I was so happy that Sara and he could have some “quality” time to get to know each other. It was really important to me for them to get to know each other. “Keep it PG!” Sara called from the kitchen, I laughed and opening the door to let Ty in. Sara came in and greeted Ty with a drink and handed me mine. “Now the party can begin.” She smirked.

I was actually having a lot of fun. Ty and Brad were talking about sports and their favourite teams which is something they had in common and I was thankful for. I had seen many guys get into full out fist fights over sports teams. Sara and I were talking about Brad and Ty and how we both really liked them. She asked me what I was going to do when Aaron woke up but I didn’t really have an answer. I didn’t know what I would tell him or how he would react, but Ty and I weren’t officially together, so I didn’t really have to worry about that until then.

“Hello?” I answered the phone to my mom calling. I guess my first 4 hours was up. “Hey sweetie, just calling to check on you.”  I was standing in the bathroom off of the living room so that she couldn’t hear that I had people over. “Ok, well everything’s fine.” I said, fixing my hair in the mirror, not really paying attention to what she had to say. “Good. We’ll see you tomorrow ok sweetie?” I rolled my eyes; did she think I was stupid? “Ok mom, love you bye.” I said. Just as I was about to hit the end button on my phone I could hear her make out “Love you too dear, bye.” I slid my phone into my pocket and headed back into the living room where Sara was sitting in Brad’s lap and Ty and Brad were talking cars. Typical guys, I thought to myself. I went over and sat in Ty’s lap mimicking Sara.

The rest of the night was mainly talking and drinking. We played a few drinking games, mainly never have I ever. Some of the swigs Sara took didn’t really surprise me, she was kind of a wild one. Brad and Sara definitely had a lot more to drink then me and Ty. I was on my third drink and he was on his fourth. Hands down Sara was at seven or eight and Brad was at around seven. I had a lot more respect for Ty knowing when it came down to alcohol; he didn’t need it to have a good time.

“Bye Sara. Take care of her Brad!” I called after then as Brad helped Sara wobble to the car. She had around 15 drinks and who knows how many she had before coming. Brad had pretty much sobered up and was helping her into the car. I couldn’t help but laugh. I closed the door and turned around to give Ty a quick kiss. “That’s for inviting me to meet your friends.” He whispered. Pulling me in by my waist. “They liked you.” I whispered back. “And I like them.” He added, giving me another quick kiss. “Ashley?” Ty’s voice trailed off. “Yes?” I asked. “Will you be my girlfriend?” I couldn’t help but smile. “Yes Ty.” I said kissing him again, this time more passionately. I led him backwards until we hit the wall. I pulled his shirt off and examined his six pack. He smirked and pulled me in for more. I couldn’t help but let my hands wander his perfectly toned chest and stomach. He pulled my shirt off and starting kissing me again. I pushed away from the wall and started to lead him to the bedroom. “Ashley.” He started but I cut him off by my lips crashing onto his. “Are you sure?” He asked questioning as we reached my bedroom. I nodded and pulled him in, shutting the door behind us.
