Chapter 6

*Dan's POV*

"Hello Internet!" I said smiling into the camera. "If you haven't already guessed I'm introducing you to someone new today! Hence the title 'Someone New'. Wow that's unoriginal." I said looking over at Sophie who was smirking at me getting all awkward on camera. "Ok as you all probably know my parents passed away... That's why I haven't made a video in a while.. Sorry about that..." I trailed off. "Ok but anyways who's this new person? Well it's is no other than my very own younger sister, Sophie!" I said enthusiastically opening my arms as she came and jumped next to me on to my bed. She laughed and started waving to the camera.

"Hi there." she said smiling starting to introduce her self. "My name is Sophie umm.. I'm turning 20 on July 12th and umm I really like All Time Low, you me at six, Ed Sheeran and Imagine Dragons, I think that food is amazing and Dan is my brother... Duh." she said happily "I've been living here with Dan and Phil for two weeks and I really like it here I'm happy." she said smiling again before looking over at me.

"There you go, that's Sophie. Now I'm going to send out a tweet to see who you guys think the new person is." I said winking and pulling out my phone sending out a tweet that read 'So in my next video that will be uploaded shortly I'm announcing a new person! Guess who!'

"Ok tweet sent lets see what you guys said." I said scrolling through my mentions.

"Amy said me and Phil are adopting a child and announcing our love for each other..." I said which caused Sophie to fall backwards on the bed laughing. "Well Amy not exactly. Next twitter user @ILoveLlamas said you're pregnant with Phil's child." Sophie fell down laughing again and I sighed dramatically "Ok guys one, I'm not gay!" I yelled "And two, I'm not that fat am I?"I said looking down at my stomach gasping.

I read a couple more tweets and did a another tweet asking for truth or dare questions which me and Sophie did on camera. She was very comfortable on camera which was good.

"Ok guys it's time for us to go now, we actually have a social life tonight! I know it's hard to believe but yeah. So I'll see you guys soon! Bye." I said wrapping up the video.

"Good job Sophie you were a natural!" I complimented her. She just smiled in return and then turned to me.

"Dan can you help me set up the whole social media stuff?" she asked. I nodded and got to work. In about a hour we had set up a twitter, tumblr, fan Facebook, instagram and YouTube for her, all which had the same username @Sophieisnotonfire. Original I know.

"Thanks Dan now we need to get ready, the party thing starts at 7:00 and it's 5:52 right now!" she said frantically, she then scrambled out of the room while I started uploading the video.

*Sophie's POV*

I ran into my room and tore off my clothes and jumped into the shower, after I was done washing, scrubbing and shaving I stepped out into the cold bathroom, quickly pulling a towel around my cold body.

I walked into my room deciding on what to wear, it was relatively warm so I decided on shorts and a vest top that had a turquoise collar and pocket. I blow-dryed my hair and brushed it out and left it natural with it's straight at the top curly at the bottom look. I applied my makeup which consisted of foundation, eyeliner, mascara, lipstick, bronzer and a bit of blusher. Satisfied with my look I walked out of my room into the living room where Phil was sitting on the couch watching Doctor Who. I've seen every episode to date at least three times... You could say I'm a bit obsessed...

"Hey Sophie you look nice." Phil complimented me causing butterflies to form in my stomach.

"T-Thanks." I stuttered out blushing. Great. Dan then walked out of the room looking frantic.

"Guys... IT'S 6:52 WE NEED TO LEAVE NOW. LETS GO." He yelled grabbing me and Phil by our wrists and literally dragging us to the door. We took a bus down to PJ and Chris' flat. When we arrived it was 7:13 and Dan was let's say extremely upset...

"There you guys are!" A boy with slightly curly hair answered the door. "We were going to send a search team after you." he joked.

"Hi I'm Sophie." I said looking up at him. He had really pretty eyes, I could almost get lost in them.

"PJ" he said sticking his hand out for me. "Ok so" he said leading us inside "That's Chris." he said pointing at a boy who was getting a beer. "And that's Jack and that's Finn." he said pointing at two boys who were twins. Oi.

*2 Hours Later.*

*Sophie's POV*

I was unaware this was going to be a full out party. There were people getting drunk and making out in every part of the flat, there was loud music being played to which people were dancing to. I sighed and sat down, watching Phil... In the least stalkerish way possible.. Talk to some girl that was wearing clothes three times to small for her. She pulled on his collar to which I scoffed at. I was about to stand up and punch her when she started to bit her nails and flip her hair which was obviously fake, when she started giggling at something Phil said. I was interrupted by someone sitting down next to me.

"Hi Pj." I smiled over at him.

"Hey Sophie.." he said twiddling his thumbs. He was acting nervous why was he nervous...

"So what's up?" I asked trying to make conversation, glancing over at Phil.

"You're um... You're really pretty." Pj said shyly.

I blushed a little. I mean Pj was cute and I mean he's like really cute so why not flirt back?

"You're not to bad on the eyes either" I winked back taking a sip of my pepsi.

"Oh.. Thanks." he said smiling. "Would you maybe like to go out to a movie or something?.." he said looking at the ground. Did he just ask me out? I basically met him 2 and a half hours ago.

"Well we should probably get to know each other better before we go on a date Pj." I laughed ruffling his hair a bit. I looked up to see Phil staring at us. What if he's jealous..

"So I guess that's the nice way of rejecting me" He sighed looking slightly upset. I took his hand in my making him look up at me.

"No, that's my way of saying we should probably go to your room and get to know each other better." I smiled

PJ's face lit up as he squeezed my hand tighter.

"I'll be right back ok, I'll just fill up your drink." he smiled letting go of my hand and taking my cup.

"Pepsi please." I smiled as he walked off. I then noticed Phil walking towards me, the girl trailing behind him, whining and trying to pull him back.

"What was that?" Phil asked me.

"Hm? Oh Pj asked me out." I said sweetly, looking up at him.

"You just met him!" Phil said with waving his free arm around, the other one was in death grip from the girl.

"I know, that's why were going to his room to get to know each other." I said as pj walked back with my drink.

"Hey Phil" Pj said walking up to the three of us, grabbing my hand "Let's go then Sophie." He smiled.

I looked over briefly at Phil who couldn't concentrate on the slut trying to flirt with him.

I liked Phil, but he didn't even try. So what's the point? Pj will make me happy I hope, Phil had his chance and he missed it by a long run. Pj has his chance now and he's taken it.

"Let's go then." Pj said grabbing my hand and pulling me straight past Phil and into his bedroom. Leaving Phil most likely confused. But I just really wanted him to feel jealousy.

Is that bad?
