CHAPTER – 15

Miyuka’s PoV

He has a cosy room. Black and white is the two colors you can only see in his room. I smiled unconsciously, maybe because of his enticing smile in the picture.

When I reached the kitchen, I saw Daisuke in his apron while preparing a food.

“Oh Yuka! Tamang tama kakatapos ko lang magluto. Umupo ka na dyan.” He said when he saw me.

He gracefully transferred the food in the bowl he was holding. My eyes shined when I saw the food he placed on the table.

“Yuka, may problema ba?” He asked, confused. He examined the food and looked at me.

“Is that chicken adobo?” I asked maintaining my cold tone to hide my excitement.

“Yup. Ayaw mo ba? Ipagluluto nalang kita ng iba.” He said while scratching the back of his head. He was about to get the chicken adobo, but I immediately stopped him.

“W-wait. Uhm. It’s fine. I will eat this.” I said. How can’t I resist my favorite entree? I bent my head to avoid his gazed and started to get a food.

He sat on a chair facing me and remained silent. I raised my head to look at him and our eyes met. He was looking at me intently showing his wide smile exposing his perfect, glistering teeth. I heaved a sigh and put my hand on my left chest. Fuck! My heart beaten fast. I always felt this weird feeling whenever I’m with him.

“Hey, what’s happened?” He asked showing his concerned face.

I shook my head. “Nothing. Kumirot lang ang sugat sa dibdib ko.” I lied and diverted my attention to the chicken adobo in front of me. If I continue to look at him I think I will blush.

“You sure, you’re okay?” Paniniguro nya. He leaned forward and observed me.

“Yes.” I assured him. He nodded and leaned back.

“Itadakimasu!” He said and we started to eat.

Umm. Totemo oishii desu! (Very delicious!)

“Gochiso-sama. Onaka ga ippaidesu. (Thank you for the food. I’m full.) I muttered when I finished eating.

A burp escaped from my lips. I immediately covered my mouth using my hands. Ugh! What a shame!

He chuckled. I frowned and glare at him. He cackled as he leaned forward to mess my hair.

“Kilala mo ba ‘yung mga umatake sayo?” I looked at Daisuke while driving me home. I tried to refuse but he insisted, so I just let him.

“No.” I answered. I know Daisuke already knew my identity. I’m sure he’s aware that I’m an assassin.

He nodded.

“We’re here.” He said. I stretched my arms and unbuckled my seat belt. Daisuke held the passenger seat open for me.

“T-thanks.” I murmured causing him to smile.

“Sure. Basta ikaw.” He whispered. I rolled my eyes at binawi agad ang kamay ko sakanya.

“Ghad Miyuka! Where the hell have you been?! Are you okay?” She yelled. Tsk.

I sighed. “I’m fine, Kaori.” I responded.

“Hoy ikaw! Anong ginawa mo kay Miyuka?” I immediately looked back and saw Daisuke leaning on his car while his hands are on his pants pocket.

“Nothing. Just drove her home.” Kibit balikat nitong sagot at kumindat saakin. I forgot to shoo away this psychopath!

“Tsk! Hindi ka pa ba aalis?” I asked Daisuke, half annoyed.

He shrugged. I glanced at Kaori who is now smirking at me. I frowned and folded my arms.

“Ano pa bang kaylanagan mo?” I huffed. His presence makes me nervous.

He smile and shrugged. “Gusto ko lang masigurong ligtas kang makapasok sa bahay nyo.” He explained. The heck!

“Tsk! I’m perfectly fine. Now, go way!” I blurted out and pushed him inside his car. Hindi naman sya nagmatigas. He entered his car and started its engine.

“Bye Yuka. See you around.” He winked and drove his car away. I heaved a sigh as I watched his car’s direction.

“Ehm.” I diverted my attention to Kaori who‘s now leaning on the front door and smiling at me playfully.

“What?” I growled.

“Who’s that guy?” She asked when I reached her. She looked amused. Tsk. I ignored her and decided to enter the house.

“Miyuka, finally you’re back.”

“Yeah.”

I need to figure out who the hell sent those bastards who aimed to kill me.

-Meanwhile-

Someone’s PoV

“Miyuka Fujima” I smirked while uttering her fucking name.

I went to my vanity table to get some tequila to drink. I strolled towards the full length window of my office as I watched the sunset. Suddenly, I heard a knock on my door and it creaked open.

“Boss” One of my men said. I played the glass of tequila on my hand.

“Spill it!” I ordered without facing them.

“Buhay pa si Miyuka Fujima. Hindi ito nagawang paslangin ng mga tauhan natin.”  He reported. I clenched the glass of tequila I was holding. Fuck that motherless bitch!

“Mga inutil!” I growled. I faced my men and immediately throw the glass of tequila on the wall.

I massaged my temple to calm myself. Pinupuno talaga ako ng babaeng ‘yun. Kailangan nyang mamatay. Kailangan ko syang mapatay!

“Boss, may ipagagawa po ba kayo?” I nailed my eyes on my men standing near the door. I smile devilishly.

“Get those four men who hanged with her recently.” I ordered.

“Yes boss. Papatayin po ba naming sila?” One of them asked. I smirked and sat on my swivel chair.

“No. Don’t kill them. Just make them suffer like hell.” I riposted.
