Is in the hospital? canceled a concert last-minute on Tuesday because Payne is sick. And now fans are wondering what happened and if the singer's condition is serious. Directioners are also showing support for Payne with the Twitter hashtag .
One Direction was scheduled to perform in Belfast on Tuesday. But just minutes before the show began, a man announced on stage that Liam Payne was sick and that the concert had been canceled.
The One Direction show tonight has been cancelled as Liam has taken ill, and whilst not serious , he is unable to perform tonight," Aiken Promotions in a statement. "Please hold on to your tickets. A further statement will be made in the morning. The band apologize to the fans and wish Liam better."
Directioners in attendance were obviously not happy about the Belfast concert being canceled.
