"Calum, calum, oh my god, I'm so fucking sorry, I forgive you. Please just stay with me, stay for the boy, stay for the fans." I whisper, clasping his hand, sobbing into his chest as the ambulance rushes the unconscious boy and I to the hospital.

"Ma'am, we're here." The paramedic tells me, the doors swing open and we're rushed into the emergency room.

The doctors go straight to work, doing test, and preparing to pump his stomach.

A sweet looking nurse comes up to me, "Hey, are you alright sweetie?" She asks, sitting down next to me on the couch in the waiting room.

"Not really, this isn't the first time he's done something like this. I just don't understand why he did it again." I explain, tears still staining my cheeks.

"He's in good hands love, I promise." She reassures me, "Do you need anything?"

"No, I'm fine, thank you though." I mumble, folding my hands in my lap and trying to focus on the TV to get my mind off of Calum.

"Hi, we're here for Calum Hood." Ashton's distinctive voice sounds from the receptionists desk, my ears instantly perk up.

"You're gonna have to take a seat in the waiting room, he's with the doctor." The receptionist explains, I can see Michael's eyes traveling over her exposed chest and face, which is perfectly framed with a brunette bun.

Cheeky bastard, when you need to get yourself off don't come crawling to me, clifford.

"Kay, thanks, love." Michael says emphasizing the word 'love'.

Luke is the first one through the waiting room, his face slightly lightening up at the sight of me, even though we weren't on especially good terms when I left his room, he seems to be over it as he sits down and pulls me onto his lap, nuzzling his face into my neck.

"It's gonna be alright." He mumbles.

I can't help but feel like it was partially my fault, we had gotten into that argument and I should've just accepted his apology. This is a mess, I'm a mess, everyone is just a mess. My lips quiver and I hid my hands into the sleeves of my sweater. Luke rubs my back for comfort, but honestly it's not working. Michael walks in, and sits on the opposite side of the waiting room from us. He has his sweater hood up, and he looks rough as hell. Eyes bloodshot, hands shaking, lips blue, paler then usual, and hair is a mess. He look like he should also be in that room with Calum.

I lean back against Luke's chest and his arms instantly wrap around my waist, clasping my hands in his.

"He'll be alright but I'm going to need him to stay the night for recovery, he took a lot of those pills." The doctor announces, holding out some paperwork for anyone to take, I grab it from him and skim through it even though it has already been filled out.

"Thanks so much, I don't know what we would've done without you." Ashton smiles, shaking the doctors hand.

"No need to thank me, it's my job." The doctor replies, also smiling before adding, "You can see him, if you'd like, just follow me."

We all jump up, hot on our heels to Calum's room.

Tears prick up in my eyes at the sight of the pale boy, seemingly lifeless, attached to tubes, and monitors, beeping steadily.

"He's asleep right not but he should be waking up shortly." The doctor tells us before exiting.

Ashton promptly sits down in the chair next to the bed, staring at Calum, gently poking his shoulder.

Shyly, Michael sits by the window, propping his chin on his fist, holding back tears.

I awkwardly stand by the door, one hand encased in Lukes, the other over my mouth.

"This, this is all my fault." I whisper, tears steaming freely down my cheeks.

"Oh, no no no." Luke says, letting go of my hand to cup my face.

"If I would've just forgiven him this wouldn't have happened." I sob.

"No, you had every right to be mad, love." He shushes.

At that specific moment Calum stirs, opening his eyes.

"Calum!" Ashton cries,
"You're awake."

I glance teary eyed up towards Luke who just smiles softly, "He's okay, you're okay." He mumbles, stroking my hair.
