Chapter 6(the investagation)

Chapter Six

I got home from school, but my parents are no where to be seen. " MOM DAD I'M HOME!!" I scream. hmmm no answer. Maybe they are at work still.

I called their assistant, " Hello, Mr. and Mrs. Sike's office, Apple speaking," their assistant said with a cherry voice. " Um hey Apple, it's their daughter, Alex, and Ii was wondering if I could speak to one of them?" " I'm afraid that is not possible. They are out running erins, but they said you would call, so they told me, to tell you, to call them on their cell phones." " Um, ok, thanks." " Your welcome and have a nice day.'' " You too." I said as I hung up the phone.

I then started dialling the number for my dad's cell. Ring ring, ring ring, ring " Hello you have called phone number '990-786-4532' and did not answer you may leave a message at the tone, when you are done you may hang up or press 1 for more options, BEEP" the voice mail recorder thingy said. " hey dad it's Alex and I just wanted you too know that I am home from school and you guys aren't. Well I am going to call mom now. Love you bye." I said into the phone.

I tried my mom's cell and same thing, '' Hello, you have called phone number '990-786-4523' and did not answer. you may leave a massage at the tone. When you are finished recording you may hang up or press 1 for more options. BEEP." " Hey mom its Alex and I just called dad too tell him I was home, but he didn't pick up either. love you bye."

Uhg my parents need to learn how to pick up their phones.

Five minuets later my dad called. " hello?" " Hey Alex, me and your mother are on our way home. Love you bye." my dad said as he disconnected the call.

Okay, weird.

So I waited in their bed room until they got home. I sat in their chair, and when they opened the door, I turned around slowly and said, " Where have you two been?" Mom, being the teenager she thinks she is, says " Non of your bee's wax." Dad on the other hand says, '' We were at the grocery store.'' " Okay then where are the groceries at?" " In the car." " Why are they still in the car?" " because we didn't want to unload them yet." My dad said with closure.

I walked out of the room, looking at them suspiciously, and went to my room to do my home work.

A/N: Oooooo what could be in the car?? I don't even know yet so give me some ideas PLEASE!!!!!!! Um next upload might be tomorrow might not, because I have pitching lessons, so yah. And it is always in Alex's POV unless I say it's not, but I will put it there if the chapter before it was not hers. Sorry for any grammar or spelling mishaps.
