I sleepwalk when I'm stressed or nervous. I always have. I guess I was sleepwalking last night, because Mrs. Weasley found me outside laying in the middle of the yard, 2 hours before we had to leave, fast asleep. She doesn't know how I got out there, or why I was out there in the first place. But I do. I know that I went out there because when I am stressed, I like to go outside. It seems to help me think. Anyway, I was most likely out there for most of the night, because my nose was red when I came in, and I was shivering violently. She made me take a shower, and then get into warm clothes. Afterward she took my temperature.

"Well, you have a fever." She said. "Right now it's at 103.4... and still going up! Not good."

Can I still go to Hogwarts? I really want to go! I asked

"Yes, you can still go to Hogwarts. Just be careful. I would suggest getting your own compartment, and taking a nap. You need as much sleep as you can get." She told me. "I will inform the teachers and Headmaster that you will be getting there sick." She thought for a little bit. "Maybe it would be best to take you there now. Then you don't get anyone else sick, and you can still be sorted! Yes, I think that will be fine. I will floo over to Dumbledore and tell him now. Stay here and don't move a muscle." She instructed.

After flooding over to Hogwarts, the twins came over. Molly had put some sort of spell over me so they can't get any closer than a few feet.

"How are you feeling?" They asked in unison.

How do you think! I thought. I have a fever over 102, and I am still freezing my butt off! Does that sound ok to you?

"No, I guess not. Sorry for asking." Fred said.

Sorry. I guess this has been taking a toll on me. I didn't mean to snap, honest! I just really hate being sick.

"It's ok Leighlah. We know what it's like to be sick! But on your first day of Hogwarts? That sucks!" They replied in unison.

"I just wish there was some way we could help." George said.

"Yeah! It's no fun around here without Bill and Charlie jumping at every attempt you make to talk inside their heads!" Fred said, after George finished.

Just then, Mrs. Weasley apparated into the room, with Dumbledore close behind.

"Leighlah, didn't I tell you not to get yourself into too much trouble? I'm pretty sure that includes getting sick." Dumbledore said upon seeing me. He sounded angry, but one look in his eyes told me he was amused at the fact that I had managed to get myself sick so quickly.

"I will be apparating you to Hogwarts as soon as you are ready." Dumbledore told me. "That way, we can get you sorted and then to the hospital wing, so you don't get anyone else sick. Professor Snape will brew a potion that will help you get better faster."

Ok. I am ready to go now. I told him.

Dumbledore came over and picked me up bridal style. He was surprisingly strong for a man of his age. He didn't look like he had much muscle either.

"Hold on tight Leighlah, and brace yourself for the aftershock. It seems to be considerably worse when you are sick." Dumbledore told me. "Your stuff will be transported to the school with us, then put in your dorm when you are sorted."

And with those final words, we disapparated.

True to his word, the feeling of desperation was extremely uncomfortable. When we landed, it took a moment for me to sturdy myself, and to make the blackness around my vision go away, but when we landed, I saw the beautiful Hogwarts castle in front of me.

Woah. This is huge! I thought. Dumbledore chuckled.

"It is a bit breathtaking at first. Now, let's get you to the hospital wing before you get even sicker." He told me.

He walked up to the gates of the castle, and the big doors to the gates swung open. On the other side there was a strange man. He was wearing black slacks, and a black coat with white cuffs. There was also a black cape like thing around his neck. I take it that he likes black. He kind of reminded me of a bat.

"Albus, is this the girl you were bringing in? She doesn't look sick to me." He said in a long drawling voice.

"She is very much sick, my dear boy. Feel her forehead if you need proof." Dumbledore said calmly.

The strange man slowly stuck out his hand and gently placed it on my forehead. His eyes widened slightly, and he grabbed me from Dumbledore's hands.

"Once a witch or wizard's temperature gets above 105 degrees, they pass out and usually go into a coma. We need to get her to the hospital wing quickly!" He said in a quiet and rushed voice. "I will run to the hospital wing, you inform Madam Pomfrey we are coming. Can you do that?"

"Yes Severus, I can do that. Now go!" Dumbledore said.

The person I now knew as Severus took off running towards the doors to the entrance hall. Before we got there though, my vision went black around the edges, like I had just been punched in the face. The last thing I saw was the great double doors slamming open, and Snape muttering the same words over again.

"No, no, no! Not again." He said. Then everything went black.
