The story of me BOOK 2 in the Growing up with the marauders series

Prologue

August 24

Alexis

"I got my letter. I got my letter!" I say running into the house and showing uncle Moony .

I only call him uncle Remus when we have company over. I don't even know why I call him Uncle Moony. I just remember calling hat for as long as I can remember.

"You did. I'm so proud we can by your stuff tomorrow. I think that's when Fred and George are going." He said smiling.

"Yeah!" I did a happy dance.

I've wanted to go to hogwarts since i was five and Bill went. Bill is 17 now and in his last and seventh year at hogwarts. He comes from a large family named the Weasleys  with five brothers: Charlie, Percy, The twins Fred and George, and Ron. He has one sister named Ginny.  Charlie is 16 and in his sixth year. Percy is 11 turning 12 this year and are in there second  year. I also have a cousin named Oliver who also is 11 turning 12 going into his second year as well. Bill, Charlie, and Oliver are like my older brothers. Fred and George are my best friends and are two months older then me so we both are going Into are first year. Ron is 9, younger then the twins and I, and he's going to hogwarts in two years. My other cousin Draco is a few months older then Ron so he'll go to hogwarts in two years as well.     My other best friends who are twins Caden and Brayden (girl)are supposed go to hogwarts in 2 years but got accepted early so they are going with me. I have another cousin named Angelica who is 11 and going to a school in France called Beaubaxton. I don't see her as much. My other best friend Keefe is 9 so he's going so hogwarts with Ron, and Draco. My last best friend is Luke. He's my age and is going to a school in the Netherlands called Durmastrong.

Next day

My uncle and I went to Daigon Alley through the leaky caldron.  We meet up with the Weasley's at Madame Malkin's robe shop. Fred and George already had robes from there olde brothers but Bill needed a new pair. So Bill and I got measures for are robes. When we were done we headed to flourish and bolts for are books. I had to get the whole collection of books for first years. Fred all ready has his books from his brothers but George needed them so he bought gently used ones. Bill also needed seventh year books as well. Once we were done Fred, George, and I headed to Olivander's for are wands. One are way we passed the owlery.  I stopped in and bought an owl. It was grey with blue eyes and I named it Artemis. My mum also had a dog named Thalia that I'm taking to hogwarts. Thalia is a husky. We reached Olivander's and tried out wands. Fred and George took about 5 times each trying different wands until the finally found one. Fred's wand was 14" dogwood with a core of dragon heartstring. His Handel looked woven and had a reddish color. George's wand was 14" dogwood with a core of Phoenix feather. His handle looked like a broomstick and had a reddish color. My wand was 13" pine with a core of unicorn hair. The hand was woven and had a blue color. After that we found are family's and went home.

Time skip to September 1st

Uncle Moony wasn't feeling well so Aunt Cissy, Uncle Lucius, and Draco took me to kings cross.

"Bye dear be sure to owl." Aunt Cissy said straining me up.

"Your always welcome to come over for the holidays." Lucius adds.

"I'm going to miss you." Draco said hugging me tight.

"I'll miss you too. But don't worry I'll write." I say ruffling his hair.

"Aw not the hair." He grumbled and tried to fix it. 

The whistle blew and I boarded the train. I spotted Fred and George with an African American kid with dread locks.

"Hey guys who's this?" I ask.

"Lee  Jordan." He says.

"This is A.J" Fred says.

"I can introduce my self thanks. I'm a.j as he said but you can call me lex, Alex, Alexis, lexis, or Andrea. But DONT call me Alexandra." I say.

"Hey guys." Bill said appearing at the door. He was already in his Gryffindor robes and had his Head boy badge.

"Hey Bill" I say hugging him.

"Hey A.J." He said returning the hug. "I think I saw Brayden in apartment number 2." He says.

Brayden Grace is my best friend that's a girl. Her mum Iris was best friends with my mum and Her dad Jackson was best friends with my dad. Her mum is also my Uncle Moony's sister. So we are practically cousins even though I'm not actually related to Remus. I found her in the compartment like Bill said I would.

"Hey Bray." I smile. 

Brayden has blue/grey eyes and Browns hair. She's only ten but she's so smart that she got moved up to my year along with her twin brother Caden. Whom I call Cade. We talk and catch up the rest of the train ride. We finally arrive and follow a giant man named Hagrid. He leads us to boats and we head to hogwarts. I meet up Fred and Geroge who was still with lee. Then a stern looking lady came named professor Mcgnagall. She explained that she will call are names and place the sorting hat on are head. There are four houses Gryffindor for the brave and chivalry, Slytherin for the sly and cunning, Ravenclaw for the smart and witty, Hufflepuff for the hardworking and loyal. Mcgnagall lead us to the front of the great hall. I could see my Uncle Moony at the head table next to a man with greasy hair.  Bray was called and she was Sorted into Ravenclaw. Then Brayden's brother was called and also sorted into Ravenclaw. Then lee was called and was sorted into Gryffindor. So was Fred and George.  Then my name was called and the hat was placed on my head. Hmm a you Have black and wood blood in you. Your sly and cunning but also brave and loyal. Where to put you. Hmmm looks like you'll meet the love of your life in this house. It better be Gryffindor. The hat yelled the table cheered and I went to sit down between bill and Charlie and across form Fred and George.

"Good job A.J" Charlie said patting me on the back. I can't wait for this year.
